One of the Best Mexican vibe restaurants around. Rib eye were sooooo tender. “Sabor” Margarita was smooth. Restaurant decor set the mood, highly recommend.
Didn’t like paying for chips and salsa though, and had to pay to additionally refill the salsa. This restaurant can do better in that category, take care of the patrons.

The restaurant was beautiful and the service was great. Unfortunately, the food was lacking big time. There was barely a menu to choose from bit when we got the food there was no taste. Everything was so plain and unseasoned. Even the rice. We had a party of 12 and only a couple actually enjoyed their meal. It might be great for some but this wasn’t what we were expecting from a Mexican restaurant.

As an avid supporter of local dining and the arts, I was delighted not only by the vibrant flavors and beautiful presentation of the dishes, but especially by the outstanding service. Our waiter Saul was exceptionally attentive and friendly, making sure every detail of our meal was perfect. Manager Luis also stopped by personally, offering a warm welcome and ensuring the dining experience was seamless. Truly, Sabor stands out for its dedication to quality and hospitality. Highly recommended—my five stars go to Saul, Luis, and the entire Sabor team for making this visit memorable.

The best margarita in Santa Clarita! It used to be the Alamo that had the best margarita. They had to do a few spots for this one.
There are a bunch of different margaritas on the menu, but asking for the house margarita is the best one.
I have never seen anyone get disappointed with these.
This is definitely a gourmet restaurant. It is not like you can order nachos or chimichangas. It is just a beautiful and intimate place.
Not family friendly! It is a spot for adults. Bringing a kid there is like bringing a kid into a movie theater.
Every time I go, they remember me.
Luis is the manager of a team that brings exceptional service and smiles along with them every time. Even the people who do not remember me are always extremely nice and courteous and helpful and fun.

The service was great, very friendly staff. The food was amazing and they were accommodating for dietary requests. The drinks were huge and delicious. We do not live the area, but we make sure to stop by everytime we are in the area for this delicious food.

Really great authentic Mexican food. Very nice inside and nice patio seating outside. Everything I’ve gotten here has been so tasty. Service is great too. Sometimes there’s a wait but that’s expected. The only thing I can say needs to change is that at least one serving of salsa and chips should be complimentary. The restaurant is already expensive (it’s more like 3 dollar sign not 2 that you see) and most all I’ve been to give complimentary salsa and chips, so it seems a bit infelicitous. I still give five stars overall. PS get the carnitas in my pic. It’s my favorite plate there. You’ll be in food heaven.
