Went in the drivethru on my lunch break to get food for me and my crew and was given an strange price for 3 jr bacon cheeseburgers, turns out the person who took my order, Raquel, added an extra doller and some change charge to all of the burgers for something I did not ask for and was not even on my burger. I wasnt even given a receipt or asked if I wanted one, when I did finally ask for my receipt there was hesitation and an attempt to fold it so I wouldnt see.
It really makes me wonder how many times this location has gotten away with this. I know I will never want to do business with people or a corporation that thinks its okay to play with my money even if it is in a subtle way like this, and I doubt you would either.

Placed an mobile online order through the app but for some reason the order on the store’s end said “no beef patty”. Fortunately, the store confirmed with me when I got to the window and I was able to indeed get a beef patty on my burger. I ordered at 10pm yet my food came out hot. I really do appreciate them confirming my order when there was a glitch because who orders a double burger with no meat?? Will definitely return. Solid crew.

Tacos had no meat ! No cheese on some. Ordered 8 so that was a waste. Almost half of the tacos had a tiny bit of mean the rest lettuce. The only thing they got eight was the drink.

I just got my food tonight and the customer service was amazing but my sandwich came out very messy. I get it, it’s a Saturday night and everyone wants to go home but at the end of the night you want your customers satisfied and tonight I am not. My sandwich was made together very fast. Super sloppy.

Went to this location around 4 pm and service was prompt but I didn’t get a receipt and the 5 piece chicken strips I ordered were really just 4 strips and a nugget We thought it was funny but if I paid for 5 strips I would like for all of them to be fairly the same size!

First I was greeted with this sign which should of let me know I was in for an experience then we just stood there for 10 minutes before anyone noticed us to take our order.
Then my fiance informed me that the ladies room had: no toilet paper(in any stall), seat covers, or a working soap dispenser.
They gave us our food in 3 staggered hand offs which by the last one they had forgotten what they had given us and never even offered condiments.
My printed receipt was so damaged I couldn’t read any part of the middle so couldn’t even call to leave a proper survey and when asked if I could get a new receipt I got one that didn’t have the survey info on it.
Lastly the food was bland as all heck which makes no sense cause I had bacon in my burger..
So I don’t think I’ll be going back and just got to In and out down the street instead.
