To the owner: I was hoping to find a great Florida pizza place and prove the stereotypes wrong. Instead, this felt disorganized and poorly managed. Inventory issues, inaccurate orders, no receipt, no delivery, and employees smoking at the entrance are not acceptable.
Very disappointing experience.
I’m from out of state and wanted to try a local pizza spot. Unfortunately, this was a mess from start to finish.
Tried ordering online twice. Website says free delivery. Entered everything exactly how I wanted it, waited, and both times it failed after several minutes. I called instead. The employee acknowledged the online order coming through but said they don’t even have a delivery driver.
Ordered three pizzas. Asked for garlic knots and cheese bread. Was told they didn’t make any that day. No delivery, no sides.
When I arrived, the front door was wide open and an employee was sitting near the entrance smoking a cigar, so the entire place smelled like smoke. Not a great first impression.
While waiting, I complimented the menu and was told, “If we had half the stuff up there, it would be a miracle.”
Got the pizzas and checked them in my car. The one that was supposed to have chicken didn’t. Went back in and was told they don’t have chicken. That wasn’t mentioned when I ordered it. He offered to put chicken on top and said the pizza would hopefully warm it up.
Another pizza was folded over on one side. See picture.
Asked if I was charged for the chicken. He said no, but I couldn’t confirm because he said he couldn’t give me a receipt since it’s “never printed receipts”
Then he complained that he’s always working alone and never gets help.

The best pizza in highlands county hands down! Great quality love the crust so crispy and thin the cheese was so stretchy and the sauce is perfect! The service is good, you have to have patience as there’s only one person handling everything, it’s worth the wait though because it’s the Best PIZZA!

Pizza crust is chewy yet crispy. Perfect! Tons of toppings! Garlic parm rolls so good! There were a few people there and I asked I’d it was good and they (owner), offered us a slice of their pizza! It is slower since they fresh make it right there but it is well worth it and they were beyond friendly. Will be back, for sure!!! BTW, price is really good for amount of food!

We’ve ordered twice now, and both times we were blown away by their delicious pizzas. The Margherita is the most traditional style we’ve found so far in Highlands and their gourmet Tuscany and New Orleans flatbreads are also so deliciously satisfying! We appreciate how they add just the right amount of cheese on their Neapolitana pies, the amazing sausage, fresh veggies and the generous amounts of great quality ingredients. This is now our new pizza place in Highlands, can’t wait to try more!

This is the second time that my order has been messed up. Today I ordered pizza, garlic knots, and chicken parmigiana. Apparently they are of of the chicken parm and did not have the decency to call me and just let the driver arrive and not know what was going on. The pizza bottom is burnt and the garlic knots are cold. I will never order from here again. When I called he showed no concern at all that I was upset

On a cold & rainy day, it was a nice surprise to walk into Ebert Gigio’s Pizza Kitchen. The atmosphere was enriched with the warmth of the pizza oven and the smell of good food.
We had the lunch special (2 cheese slices & a soda) & 1/2 order of garlic knots.
We ate inside as it was raining and we took our time eating and enjoying.
And yes, there were left overs as we were not aware of the size of the 2 slices!
Ebert was a pleasure to speak with and he had customers calling and physically coming in to place orders.
We definitely loved it!

It takes me back to New York days. A small pizza shop with a cozy feel and NY style pizza. But not like NY are the large slices – two in one with drink added for about $9 dollars (not bad).
I really liked it.

What a great place. Downtown Sebring just off the Circle. We had 2 different pizzas The 4 meat was the best I have ever had. The other was ham and pineapple. My wife enjoyed it also.If you haven’t tried their pizzas you’re missing out. David made our dinner and was friendly and helpful with our questions Can’t wait to go back and try all the different things they have. Great job Check out their specials for free delivery in Sebring and free pizza offer.
