So I’ve driven past this place a bunch of times and never stopped. But a friend told me they wanted to try it after I picked them up from work. I’m glad I listened to them. It was one of the best, if not THE best burger I’ve ever had. The brat was amazing as well. And these fries were so crispy and flavorful. I can’t wait to stuff my face again with these burgers and fries!

I was really excited to try this place after reading the other reviews, but this was amongst the worst food truck experiences I’ve had in all of America / my life.
We placed an order, and were told the food would be right out. In the background two DoorDash orders came in, but nothing was mentioned about our order being delayed. About 10 minutes later, I get called up to the truck and told that the DoorDash orders take precedence, so I was going to have to wait for the fries. I told them to cancel the fries so we didn’t have to wait since it was past midnight and we’d been driving for 12 hours and were only 6 minutes away from our hotel.
About 10 minutes after that, I went up to ask for an ETA on our order and was told that they hadn’t even STARTED to make it yet. I asked how long it would be and they said 10 more minutes… but we didn’t get all of our food until 20 minutes later. In total we waited 50 minutes for 4 items.
When we finally got the food, it wasn’t what we were expecting from the pictures at all. The steak sandwich is TINY! It’s no bigger than my partner’s hand! On top of that, the corn dog that we had to wait for at the end was BURNT!
This was our first time stopping in Iowa, and this food truck definitely didn’t make it a good first impression. The cashier even knew they were leaving a bad impression and commented on hoping future visits aren’t like this. How about instead of deflecting to the future, you talk about how bad of a present you made it by not communicating instead of blaming it on being slammed?

First off Grubhub decided to stiff me my order by not picking my order up until a hour after it was ready. So when the driver decided to show up he left and didn’t want to wait for my order to be remade. The owner called me and explained what happened made it right. He not only remade me my food order, but hand delivered it to me. Let me tell you the food was worth the wait! It was hot and fresh. The burger was amazing and their brats was so good. I definitely can’t wait to order again.

Phenomenal burger. However, customer service couldn’t be worse. Waited almost an hour for food and had to let staff know (after I have been standing in front of them) what my order was. I saw a worker eating a double cheeseburger in front of me when I had not received my order yet and there were at least five people in the food service trailer while I was waiting for my order during the duration of my order. When I discussed that my order had not been received, the person had told me they were not working there. Nonetheless, they finally began working on my order once I told them and when I got my order, my fries were completely undercooked but my burger was cooked perfectly thankfully. The customer service needs a lot of work, but at least the burgers were the one salvageable part of this experience. Please hire better workers because the burgers are fantastic but the workers clearly do not care about customer service and timely assistance.

Tried for the first time tonight. Burgers were amazing!!!! Food was fast and the guy who helped us was super friendly and hilarious! My only suggestion and why I have 4 stars, the fries were not good. I’m not sure what or why, but it almost had a pinesol taste to them. If those get figured out…def would give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered, took 30 minutes to get the burgers for 4 of us. They told us the fries we ordered would be right up. It had been another 30 minutes of waiting until we had finally decided to go ask what was going on. They said they were having “technical difficulties”, which I don’t believe. They gave refunds, but they should have just told us in advance that they were having difficulties. Burgers were very squished and dry. I’ve had better big macs before. Do not recommend, save your money and time.

Owner got my order wrong. I asked for only cheese and bacon on cheeseburger and came with everything. Was dry too. Got bacon cheddar fries but they were very soggy. Stay away from this place. Go to Culver’s instead. My order took 25 mins to make. The dude who took my order didn’t have a mask on until he got to the window, and looked like he just got out of bed. The owner claims they have a lot of orders to do, but there was nothing going on in the back when I was there besides laziness. Again do NOT go here. There are so many fake reviews on this restaurant from friends of the owner. Do not take the bait!

On a super busy Saturday game day night the staff was super nice and accommodating to whatever we needed. Other customers were being super impatient and disrespectful and the staff was working as hard as they could despite the circumstances. They were trying to get the food out as fast as they could and we appreciated the customer service. Don’t judge this establishment by one experience because one time here doesn’t represent every time here love burgers on the fly ❤️

I was pretty disappointed. After looking at the reviews I decided to give them a try. My family we’re the only ones there waited 40 mins for our food. When we got it the fries were soggy and cold I asked for 12 hot wings he said he dropped two and to remind him next time so he could replace them. I open the wings and they were plain wings not hot. Definitely did not enjoy my experience and will not be going back . I over paid big time

Burger was delicious! Wait time was maybe 10 minutes and that’s only because the employee was making fresh patties. The burger was filling and came juicy! Will definitely be making a stop again!
