They’re always understaffed and are rude and condescending to customers. They made my order twice when I ordered on the app and expected me to pay for the extra sandwich. They also take forever to prepare mobile orders.

I just recently moved. Tried calling to the store the other day they told me to call back today between 10 and 11. I finally got a hold of them after the fourth try of calling them. I’m needing my w-2 from them. The lady I spoke with told me to check my mail I explained that I moved and the address that they have on file is no good. She took my name and number but I don’t know if she got my number correct. She kept messing the numbers up as she was reading it back to me. I’m not very satisfied with the service that they gave me. Even as an ex-employee I know that they can do better. They need to get their stuff together and hopefully get back to me within a reasonable time frame. when I was working there they were only ok I definitely wouldn’t recommend this subway to anyone.

I ordered three meals. Said it 4 times and was charged Individually for each cookie, drink, and sandwich. The bread was hard on top. The counter was disgusting and had food all over it. Mixed containers with the veggies. Everything was out and had to wait for replacements to come from the back. No lids for the drinks. Veggies were anything but fresh. The reviews gave me false hope about this place

Chris took my catering order for 3 trays at 10 am and had everything ready by 1:45pm as requested. No issues at all. Food was great and really helped us out of jam for our party! Highly recommended!
