Cosy date night spot! Burger was so delicious and I wasn’t expecting to love the fries so much, especially with the rosemary aioli dip. They had a gluten free bun option for my partner which is always a plus! Their signature fizz cocktail complemented it so well too. Lovely interiors and staff was really friendly and attentive throughout the night. Will be back to try their dessert!

Had a lovely dinner here with a small group of friends. The Metador burger was amazing and the table enjoyed all the burgers we had. Can’t recommend the food enough. Being critical the truffled Mac n cheese lacked flavour. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is nice. Would highly recommend and hoping to be back to try the steaks!

This is by far the best burger I’ve ever had, the meat is perfectly seasoned and the Matador burger is out of this world. The San Sebastian cheesecake is to die for. The owner is very kind and welcoming with a warm feeling as soon as you enter the restaurant. Highly recommend to anyone. BEST BURGER IN BRIGHTON !!

Honestly, it’s one of the best meals I’ve had. You absolutely need to check out the chips, They are insanely good. My wife had a burger and I had the steak rib eye which was cooked to perfection.

There is a lot of hype around this restaurant and it is mostly justified, the food was delicious and fair value and the interior is very tastefully decorated. However we visited around 3pm and despite being the only customers dining we had very slow service and was sitting with our finished plates for around 35mins. Judging from other reviews this is a fairly common problem and I hope they can work on it. I’m looking forward to revisiting in the evening and hopefully getting a more complete experience.

Tried the blue burger and Parma fries. The meat was tasty, but the bun was a bit soft for my taste and the sauce was a bit watery. Still, everything tasted good overall. Friendly staff.
