Great place for Dim Sum!
Big tables for family, groups, etc. Sometimes a short wait, but they get you in quickly. This place closes early afternoon so check times before going…

3 times and counting!
Our new go to Dim Sum place, pretty much same variety as other restaurants without the attitude( Chinese hospitality), also a little bigger portions.
favorites are the chicken feet, pork hash, chives and shrimp, shrimp look fun.
they don’t overload the food with MSG, having hypertension I can appreciate that and they aren’t overly salty.
They’re also always busy but every time we go we get a table in less than 5 minutes.

Update: we’ve came back for its thousand-year egg tarts, unfortunately they only serve them on the weekends. Guess we have to come back this weekend. Instead I ordered the sauerkraut & pork rice noodle (forgot that I’ve had this dish before). It’s still pretty good, except there was very little pork, unlike the last time. We also had the mushroom chicken, which was tasty, except we had to be careful with all the splinters of chicken bones. I think the owner needs to invest in a new cleaver.

A typical looking traditional dim sum place. I ordered some basic dim sums to go and they were fine, but nothing special. Each dim sum is about $6. It took a little longer than expected to get my small order ready, but it wasn’t bad. Servers were very friendly.

Excellent variety of fresh daily made Dim Sum! Lots of Aunties in the back kitchen are working hard to prepare dishes as ordered. There is a small baked goods section as soon as you walk in.
Get there early to have the most options as Many dishes sold out one by one the closer to 2PM the arrival.
Loved the pork buns that were steamed so nicely!
We sampled quite a variety and brought more food home than we could manage to eat.

We found d this restaurant while looking for something to eat while in Chinatown. It was at the tail end of the lunch rush and it was still busy. The service there is fast-paced and the waitresses work really hard. We did have to flag someone down after waiting close to 10 minutes to ask if we could be seated since no one approached us about being seated; not a big issue as I said it was busy.

Once seated we were given menus and asked about our drinks. The tea came quickly and we placed our order which the waitress confirmed so that the order would be correct. Because of how busy it was the service was friendly but brief.

We decided to have the Shrimp Dumpling, Steamed BBQ Pork Bun, Pork Hash, and the Seafood Fried Noodle. It was all very good. The food came out fresh and hot.

The Shrimp Dumpling while good did need either soy sauce, chili sauce, or the sweet soy mix to make it pop. The pork hash and bbq steam Pork bun were all packed with excellent flavor.

The seafood fried rice was the best I have had. The seafood included in this dish was Shrimp and Scallop. This restaurant was able to make this dish without it being greasey and so flavorful it needed no sauces – it could stand alone.

The best we could tell is that most eating there were local – if the locals eat in a place and there are a lot of locals it is generally good. We were not disappointed.

Excellent selections of dim sum. I come here regularly. Pork hash, beef balls, “guo tie” pan fried chives dumplings are my fav. Parking at cultural plaza is a breeze. Can also park at open market. One hour is free.

No frills Chinese down home cooking that hits the spot. Asian efficiency at its finest, they get you in, provide fast service, dim sum or made to order with immediate suggestions for substitutes, quick to pay and you’re on your way. I had the beef with bitter melon over rice, which could have gone heavier on the black bean sauce, but otherwise they were supportive of food allergies and spoke english for those who mentioned English as a preference in previous reviews. I am Chinese-American so broken english, yelling, nodding and pointing are all you need to order food.

Nice dim sum. You order off the menu rather than have carts coming around. Slow service if busy. Try it!

Food is amazing and very reasonable. Service is typical for a dim sum place, though they do not have the carts. You have to order from the menu.
Best Won Ton noodle soup!

Deliciously retro old school dim sum. The beef ball and yam cake were great. Service was excellent- our pleasant server advised us against ordering too much and she was right!
