I’ve gotten food here before and it wasn’t bad. However, this last time I got a sandwich from there it was extremely Slimy and nasty. Not to mention the night time guy ALWAYS asks me for a $20 tip or more. I started ordering online and not only was there less meat but it was slimy and gross. All veggies look rotten. Won’t be back.

if i could give zero stars i would! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! this is the most poorly ran subway i’ve ever been to in my life. firstly, the skinny indian man had an attitude with us from the moment we walked in the door. he under-toasted our sandwiches the first time, so when we asked for them to be toasted again, he put them in for way too long and burnt the bread. then, he rushed us through our toppings and squeezed our sandwiches while wrapping them. we asked for his name, but he said “i don’t have a name.” we began walking out because of the absolute horrible service and he called to a random person on the gas station side so we could hear and said “do you want FREE sandwiches?” this was the WORST experience in my life, and i will NEVER come back to this location.

I came to subway today with a coupon of 12.99 for two footlongs. I walked up to the counter and wasn’t greeted for 5 minutes. As me and my fiance stood at the counter waiting.. the lady went to the register and grabbed previous receipts. The lady came to me and asked what bread I wanted I told her, & I had told her I had a coupon. She looked at the coupon and gave it back to me. Didn’t say a word! She again asked what bread I wanted. I repeated myself. She walked away… and had a conversation with her co-worker. Came back and continued with my order.. I asked for bacon and she just threw it on the sandwhich!! Uncooked… raw.. I asked 2 times if I could get it toasted. And she got an attitude and threw the bacon into the toaster. Put it back on the sandwhich and asked what else I wanted. She only put 5 peices on ham on the sandwhich… when you make the sandwhich you fold the meat and add up to 10 peices…. FOLDED! I asked her if I could get more meat and she said that would be a upcharge I explained there was hardly any meat on the sandwhich she said this is how they are made I said okay well can I get the extra meat then. She said that’ll be an extra charge I said whatever that’s fine (she clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing) The lady behind us with her children were super nice to the workers and asked to use a coupon. (Same coupon I showed them and they gave back to me!) there was a sign saying you cannot use a coupon that says buy one get one free! Mind you our coupons were buy 2 footlongs for 12.99 nothing about buy one get one free. In that literal term. Mine met the agreements to be ham. They told the lady behind me she couldn’t use the coupon. I asked again if I could use mine and the man told me no. I explained no where on the coupon it says buy one get one free. He SNATCHED… the SIGN AND THREW IT IN MY FACE AND SAID “CAN YOU READ” these people are insanely disrespectful!! Rude! Workers! My fiance grabbed me and said they do not need to speak like me to that they will never get our buisness again! At this location! They told us to get out of their store and yelled we were not being agressive towards them or anything. I was taken back behind how they handled this business. Terrible! The people behind me and my fiancé seen how rude they were being and cussed them out! We all walked out of the store. These people have no customer service and I promise they lost a lot of customers today.

Ordered through the Subway app ::beware:: if a coupon or deal is involved, they give you wayyyy less meat. The All American Club had ONE very slim piece of turkey, ONE very slim piece of ham, and ONE slice of uncooked bacon. Subway, do better.

Another Subway owned by people that want to pick and choose what coupons they will honor. Then when you tell them it’s ok, we still want the sandwiches, after the third time of being told no, and the guy just stands there staring at you!! Ummmmm HELLO we said we still wanted the sandwiches even without the coupon, what’s the problem.

Should have checked the reviews before ordering here. I knew it was bad when I picked it up and the bag felt light like cotton candy. Very skimpy on toppings and then overly doused in mayo and mustard when I ordered less of both. Guy had a bad attitude, he was upset I used a coupon on mobile ordering and wanted to compare what I paid vs. the menu price, insisting to see my receipt. He wouldn’t remake the goopy sandwich so I told him to keep the sandwich, keep the $3 and I’ll never be back. Went to Walmart and Rita provided excellent customer service and made that sandwich RIGHT! Headed over to do their review next. Good riddance.

Good 24 hour subway, service hit and miss.

After another disappointing experience, I won’t be going here again despite the convenience of a 24 hour subway after work. The guy who runs the register is nice, but the guy who makes the sandwiches is rude and incompetent. He argued with me that I didn’t have an order until the cashier told him I did, then took 15+ minutes to make two easy sandwiches, waited on other customers first who came in after me (and didn’t have online orders) and spent more time talking in Hindi on his phone to his girlfriend than working. I’m sure he’s related to the owner, but I’d fire him if he was my relative!

Went here yesterday, didn’t bother me it was in a gas station – but the area was unattended (employee was across the store). I ordered off the menu, and the employee says “if you don’t order it how it’s on the board, it’s not a number 2”. I had not had any chance to say anything past that, and wasn’t sure I wanted to. I was skeptical to ask for the hot peppers, which are my favorite.

They have not answered the phone ever! Horrible service and they have ladies with brackets that touch all over your subs! I asked for a FULL refund after my child pointed out that her nasty braclet was touching his dinner sub. Don’t go here!!
