Visit was a weeknight and there was 2 other tables.

If you like the taste of reheated from frozen food you will like this place. From the start, the bread basket was stale and hard, the soup was way too salty and you can taste the chicken soup powder. Now we should have just left at this point but I was hoping these 2 things were a fluke since the reviews are so good. We ordered a chicken dish served with spaghetti and sause and lasagna, both of which came with a side salad. The salad was pathetic, tasted old and clearly served in order to give them more time to defrost the actual food. The chicken was dry and flavorless even woth it being covered in sauce, the spaghetti and meat sauce was putrid and was worse then sloppy joe in a can. The lasagna was waterlogged and frost burnt with the taste similar to one you buy in the frozen food section. The only item that was served that did not disappoint was the wine. Maybe this place use to be good or maybe only their pizza is good, but I will not be supporting this business ever again. Final price was close to $130. Next time im going to Olive Garden.

October 4, 2025 took a 95 year old there for her birthday dinner. The food was wonderful. Absolutely zero complaints. The service was spot on as well. We had fried mozzarella sticks (double order) with thick homemade marinara sauce for an appetizer. Linguine with 8 very large shrimps and Lasagna. The dinners came with a small side salad with a vinaigrette house dressing and soft bread with butter. Dessert was vanilla custard ice cream with toasted nuts and a cherry on top. The servings were large with plenty to take home for a 2nd day. I highly recommend this establishment. Prices were in the $$ range considering I had 2 other guests with us, the bill came to $165 and everyone had a full portion to take home. The waitress did say they have 1/2 portions but you have to request them.

Spaghetti and meatballs was terrible. I sent it back. Then I got the spaghetti allá puttanesca which was my mistake because it was the same red sauce. So yucky. I took 2 bites and had to spit it out, it tasted so stale and fishy and gross !! Sorry, I was so excited to come here and I don’t think I’ve ever rejected 2 meals in a row from a restaurant. I’m quite a foodie but this was food was subpar. The pizza was pretty good so was the wine and the service was acceptable, the atmosphere is nice too but overall I wouldn’t come back

I did not plan on going here. I wandered in with my 2 year old son on a whim because he wanted peeeza and we were just strolling through the variety story. I was not expecting the best pizza I’ve ever had. I texted my husband and Italian side of the family before even leaving. I was just not emotionally prepared to have that incredible of an eating experience… will be recommending to everyone

Terrible experience. I ordered Chicken Parmesan for takeout and received this. Not to mention it costed me $27. The noodles seemed undercooked, the sauce was watery, the chicken mediocre, and it had no taste. I could only taste the milk. Never ordering from here again. Unacceptable.

– food was amazing, everything was fresh and had such good flavor.

– staff were friendly, service was a bit missing but not a problem.

– parking easy to find and is on site.

– prices can run bit high but pretty normal for the area for the most part.

– place was clean and organized.

– overall a good first experience. I’d recommend this location.

Wonderful experience! The food was on point and you can tell it was all made from scratch. Loved hearing Italian actually being spoken, gave me a little homesickness for Europe but in a good way.

And for cheese fans like me, get the mozzarella sticks, they aren’t those sad frozen lumps you get at a bar, total cheese magic…

Kudos to the new owners! What a difference!

Shortly after moving to the area a year ago, we ordered pizza, salad, and calamari from the restaurant under the previous owners. I am not exaggerating when I say it was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had.

The husband noticed the restaurant had new owners and suggested we try it again, ordering the same meal minus the salad. I was so convinced the meal would be awful that I had a backup dinner plan ready. Happy to report I was wrong!! This time, the calamari didn’t taste like it had been microwaved after sitting out all day. The plain pizza was almost perfect New York Style: thin, but floppy crust; sweet sauce; and lots of cheese. It was DELICIOUS.

I took one star off the food only because the “Large pizza” is actually closer in size to a medium and the wide crust makes the cheese and sauce part of the slice even smaller.

Husband picked up the take out order and said everyone there was super nice. He’s looking forward to going back for a sit down meal.

We ordered takeout here for the first time and will not be back. The food was awful and flavorless. I first ate the arancini, and it was inedible – the beef stuffng was spoiled and I spit it out. I called them to let them know this and the host said she would talk to the kitchen but didn’t offer anything to make up for it and didn’t take my contact info to have anyone follow up. Then I ate my entree and wished I didn’t. The bacon in the penne was rancid. The salad was soggy because they already tossed it in dressing. The tiramisu was some kind of cream cake with chocolate and strawberry sauce dumped on it, definitely not tiramisu. My family didn’t like their food either- the clam linguine had sand in it, the manicotti was bland, the sliced tomato in the caprese was too thick. Very disappointed to have spent so much money for food we just threw in the garbage.

Absolutely amazing food! Very fresh and tasty! We also love the dimmed cozy environment, and the very friendly and welcoming service. Everyone seems to be very happy which makes the energy supper good and contagious. We really enjoyed our time there, and our palate loved it. Via Veneto is definitely one of our favorite restaurants!!
