The atmosphere was calm and inviting. I could see myself going there to work, be creative, or have conversations with friends and family. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming! I had a question regarding getting their seasonal Oatmeal Cream Pie latte hot instead of iced, as it normally includes cold foam. She was very informative and answered my question clearly. The Oatmeal Cream Pie latte was also delicious!! I’ll be back as there were many different food and drink options I want to try!

I’ve always found the atmosphere to be truly delightful and inviting – it’s a fantastic spot for a coffee, a relaxed conversation with friends, or simply a quiet place to focus. And the beverages are consistently good. While the in-store service can sometimes vary in its warmth and engagement, it generally remains pleasant.
However, there’s a significant issue concerning take-out food orders. On multiple occasions, the process has been marred by considerable delays, incorrect items, and a noticeable decline in food quality, often rendering the meal barely edible. For instance, I’ve scheduled a pick-up only to find it delayed by as much as 25 minutes, and then discovered upon arriving home that the order was entirely wrong and the food itself was quite disappointing.
Given that these orders often amount to over $50 for just two crepes and two drinks, these repeated issues lead to a substantial waste of both my time and money.

Met a friend and brought my wife and kiddo. Coffee was on par with plenty of options and great quality. The food was really good. Perfectly cooked, fresh, super tasty, great options.

This is the BOMB!
Coffee: Had a Cuban. They have the beans, Leon!
Amazing roast. Pungent with fruity flavor.
Had thd Maple Bacon Crepes (with as well). Delicious. The bacon is gourmet. The Crepes may be thicker thsn “traditional”; yet they work amazingly well with this dish. Will be back soon!

What a hidden gem! I arrived around 11am and ordered the Florentine crepe. Yum! My decaf mocha came out hot and delicious. They rang me up for the wrong one and took care of it right away. They even gave me a token for the mixup! It tastes like they sweeten with honey which I’m obsessed with 🙂 Internet is fast and I think I found my new work from home location!

Delightful little coffee shop in residential area. Pretty decent size seating area, with lots of tables. Pretty decent drip coffee and the sweet crepes were pretty good. I can recommend the funky monkey. Very surprised to see the wide selection of crepes, honestly thought it was just sweet crepes but they actually have savory/meaty choices as well. Locally owned, highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t already.

Why does Franklin have to suck so much. Every other Red Bicycle Coffee is dog friendly inside except this one apparently. How has Curio gotten away with being dog friendly then? Please petition whoever is making this dumb rule. It’s 2025. Let us bring our dogs inside

We had a pretty good experience at this location. Service was not bad, but not great. No smiles or glad you’re here, more of a “hurry up and order” attitude. You have to ask for coffee mugs if you’re dining in, otherwise you get paper cups. The menus are also right in front of the register, so if there’s a line you have to ask someone in line to pass a menu over. They may want to put menus on the side of the counter or a QR code or something for patrons to view. We each ordered a savory crepe. I ordered the Mexi and my husband ordered the Sunrise. The Mexi came with a delicious cilantro cream sauce and salsa on the side and was very tasty. The crepes themselves are huge, you will not leave hungry! The Sunrise came with no sauce so I gave my husband my salsa for his. He said it was otherwise dry. You may want to order sauce on the side if you get the Sunrise. The ambience is a bit lacking. Very suburban strip-mall feel to it, which is exactly what it is. On a plus side, the drip coffee was delicious! There’s also plenty of seating if you want to eat in. It’s very convenient to a lot of residential areas in east Franklin, so the location is great. We will definitely be back, the sweet crepes looked delicious and there’s a wide variety of food options. I did ask, and all menu items are available all day. I’m posting a picture of the back side of the menu as someone has already posted the front. I don’t have the coffee menu, but there’s a wide variety of coffee and espresso options to choose from. The location has only been open a short time, so I’m sure they are still working out the kinks. I would suggest they consult with an acoustical engineer to dampen some of the echo inside. Overall, we had a good experience and will definitely be back.

I’m a fan of the Red Bicycles in general, but I’ve noticed that food quality, portion size, and menu consistency vary between locations, which is a bit odd. At this specific location for example, the drinks were good, but my crepe was almost empty, cold, and lacked flavor.

Great place to work remotely, especially later in the day when it’s quiet. Coffee and food are excellent. Service could be better, hence the loss of one star. Both times I’ve visited, counter staff seemed unhappy to be there and treated customers so. Hopefully the center is working on repairing the roads.
