This was our first time dining here. I ordered the Wang Chicken Katsu, and my husband had the Bulgogi Dub Bob. The portion of my dish was impressively large much bigger than I expected and beautifully prepared. The flavors were comforting and satisfying, making our meal very enjoyable.
The restaurant inside Lotte Plaza Market feels cozy and welcoming, and the food quality truly stood out. We’re happy we tried this place.

I’m so glad someone reopened the food court inside Lotte after the previous owners retired—it brings life back to the space. Joen Korean Restaurant is a hidden gem tucked inside. The prices are incredibly affordable, and the portions are generous. Most dishes are enough for two people, and the soup bowl could easily feed four (or two if you’re used to Western portions!). Their bulgogi is only $15.99, while other places charge at least $18 or more. Definitely worth checking out.
Inside the restaurant is very clean. I don’t know why some person gave bad review of not clean. I won’t eat at dirty facility. The floor and tables are spotless. You can’t judge the kitchen because they do wash dishes when not busy.

This Korean restaurant is situated within Lotte Plaza Springfield and offers very affordable prices. The food is a good value for the cost, although the quality may not meet everyone’s expectations. I had the opportunity to try the spicy beef soup, and it was an interesting experience. It’s a self-service establishment, and the area is not clean.

This is very clean restaurant. It is not busy at 2:30 pm. It is newly opened. You nust give a chance. To me it taste very good. It depends on what you order.
