We were traveling home from a nice getaway weekend on 50, saw this place (that I’d seen before), stopped in. They had just opened up, quickly made space for us. The owner came out, hit it off with my wife (same age, both have Golden Retrievers)…and we had a total blast! The margarita pitcher was delicious, the food (Burrito Mexicana) was perfect. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Tried our local Mexican restaurant tonight. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. I got the tamle, shredded beef taco, and chorizo toastada combo plate. The food was delicious, especially the shredded beef taco. They just recently got Birria so we definitely plan on coming back to try some of that. Food was a little pricey but worth it in my opinion.

An unexpectedly amazing experience- the skirt steak Alambres were the best I’ve ever had, perfect but not greasy. Tons of cheese and broiled. Carnitas tacos were full of fresh flavors and the portions were big. A big menu made it hard to decide what yo get. There were lots of seafood options too. We will be back- often! Kudos to the chef…!!

Great shredded beef Mexican Style tacos with corn tortillas. Giselda, the owner is an extremely hard worker and the chef. the only negative is that the food is on the expensive side. Service is great. Staff always friend and professional. Dogs love their American Style Tacos and Steak Fajitas Dinner.

Great food, but super rude owner. The sign said one price for domestics (6 for $20). We ordered blue moon based on the list on our table and they ran out, so we got 5 blue moons and 1 Spotted cow. Then, we were charged $25 because blue moon is considered an import, despite the menu on the table. The owner came to talk to us about it and was rude and walked away while we were taking with her! She kept saying the menu on the table was old and that blue moon is an import, not a domestic. It is made in Colorado!!! And also, if the menus are old, remove them, that is not our problem! False advertising. Beware! Great food, but may not be back if someone like this is running the place. I felt badly for our server who felt she just had to honor what the owner said… or else.

Literally THE BEST & MOST AUTHENTIC Mexican food around!!! You would be crazy to miss this gem! Coming from Chicago, it has been difficult at best to find a real Mexican restaurant and this place makes you feel like you’re visiting your Tia’s house and not a restaurant. MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE – plan on visiting as often as possible! 🙂

Food was incredible, Staff was so friendly and attentive, loved that they accomodate little ones too, and now they have soups to dine in or to go! Griselda, the owner, came out to check to see if we were enjoying our food! I can’t say enough about this place. Plus, the guacamole was so fresh and chips were warm! My family and I eat there weekly since they opened! a definite must in Paddock Lake! Such a variety on their menu!! Support your local!
