Had an amazing time. Valentine’s dinner and my wife love grilling to hotpot which is my favorite. Upon her recommendation and decision we came across this spot. I had to say that this was surprisingly a great choice. Staff sat us after about a half hour wait. Was greeted by and others but Daniel to give us the run thru. Simple menu and choice of to order from. The good thing being is that they do the cooking for you and once you need to reorder more they bring a fresh grill plate. This is my one surprise that being a resturant that is all grilling, they did not have that smokey atmosphere like other that I been too. I really had a fun time being able to talk and enjoy the food while being serve.

AYCE Korean BBQ done right. Quality meats, solid marinades, and a cozy spot that actually feels close to authentic. What really stood out? You can order unlimited banchan, and yes they even have japchae noodles, which is always a win.

Perfect for group dinners when you want to take your time, grill at your own pace, and keep the sides coming. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in North Jersey and craving Korean BBQ.
Shoutout to Jed for being amazing!!!

First time visiting, and it didn’t disappoint!
We came as a group of six and had a great time. Kalai was our host, and she was amazing—super attentive and friendly.

This is an all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ, which means you can keep ordering whatever meats and sides you want. I especially loved the popcorn chicken as a side—so good!

The meats were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. They also provide a nice variety of sauces and some salt to enhance the taste. I personally loved it.

We’ll definitely be coming back.

Just a heads-up: the sodas are not all-you-can-drink.

I arrive hungry and left satisfied. I ordered so many dishes I can’t even list them all. But the ones to remember were the Garlic Steak and Spicy Pork belly. Bulgogi was also excellent. Overall I had an excellent time, the staff are super friendly and the service is amazing. Combined with extremely good food it makes for quite the experience. Perfect place to bring your friends or family for a nice tasty dinner.

Last Saturday at 1 PM, we came here for lunch, and the service was terrible. The servers were unfriendly, and it was obvious from their expressions that they didn’t want to work. We ordered steamed egg and soybean paste stew from the male server.
He said he would bring them out, but after a long time, nothing came, so we asked the female server again.
Even then, the dishes still didn’t come out. When we asked the male server once more, he simply told us to wait because they were “on the way.” Despite that, they never came out, and we ended up eating only the meat without the soybean paste stew or steamed egg.
Even if the restaurant had been packed, we would have tried to understand, but the dining area was empty, and the servers were busy chatting among themselves.
It was frustrating to see them joking around while ignoring basic orders like steamed egg and soybean paste stew.
This place doesn’t even deserve one star, and even the 15% tip felt like a waste. If you don’t want your business to fail, you should fire the staff who were working during that time.

MEAT! My recommendation was the Beef Thin Brisket with the Sweet Soy Sauce, it was ABSOLUTELY divine. We went in around 12:15 so it wasn’t as busy as we thought it would be.

I also do not recommend wearing anything light-colored or white clothes to this place as meat or sauce may jump out at you. I got touched by some and was very grateful it went on my hand not my shirt.

We ordered a variety of meats including 3 rounds of the Beef Thin Brisket, 1 order of Cast Iron Steak, Marinated Chicken, and Top Blade Steak. All delicious but my favorite was the Brisket. Not too chewy and with a pinch of salt has so much flavor!

The staff was very attentive and was always around if you needed anything refilled or replaced.

The Cast Iron Pot is great if you want Korean bbq but don’t want to cook it yourself. The staff cook the food directly in front of you. If you’re looking for the experience of cooking it yourself this wouldn’t be the spot for you.

Overall we had a great time. It was plenty of food at a great price. I feel like the downfall was the quality of the meat wasn’t as great with more fatty pieces. Our server was friendly and gave us new meat that were on the leaner side.

The flavoring / sauces are limited though and we were only fans of a couple of the meats.

I come to this HMart a lot and always wanted to try Cast Iron Pot. We finally came for lunch on a Saturday at around 11:30 and there was already a line, even though the restaurant just opened at 11. We waited about 15 minutes because only one side of the dining room was open, which was the non-stroller friendly side. Pricing is weekend dinner prices, so $41.95 per person. We had a party of four (not including the baby), so we were able to try a variety of items. Favorites include the garlic butter steak (my top pick – this was very tender and flavorful), pork jowl, hanging tender steak, steamed egg, and japchae, which was Korean restaurant quality. The spicy squid was surprisingly tender but a little fishy. None of us liked the beef thin brisket, which was really just like hot pot beef – not good for grilling. It was also very fatty. The shrimp was terrible. It was mushy and tasted like it had been dead for a while.

I liked all the pickled options – they had pickled onions, and pink radish slices. It really helped cut the heaviness of all the meats we ate.

I would definitely come back next time I have a KBBQ craving, especially now that I know which dishes to order and which to skip. It’s a pretty reasonable price if you really think about it because you get a good variety, and non AYCE Korean BBQ is so expensive nowadays. I just wish they had galbi, but it’s not a deal breaker.

We go to Iron Pot almost every weekend with our family, and it’s one of our favorite spots. The thin brisket and iron steak are always amazing. The service has usually been great as well.

The last couple of weeks haven’t been quite the same, but it seems like there are new staff members in training, which is understandable. Hoping the service gets back to how it used to be soon. Overall, still a place we really enjoy and keep coming back to.
