Ive been here a few times recently and this KFC used to be really good but after several employee rotations this store and the quality of the food have really gone down hill. The employees up front are usually the least knowledgeable in the entire place and regularly mess up orders. Their line for the drive thru is almost always backed up. If they ask you to wait for your food outside of the line, where an employee can bring it to you, then you’re waiting upwards of 20 to 30 minutes. The manager is more concerned with making her drive thru times look good rather than making sure the service is good. I dont know if they need to hire more employees or what but hopefully they can get somebody to fix this

The young kid Isaac was very kind and helpful and a hard worker. It was refreshing to see these days. It was a nice experience at a fast food place for once. Everyone there seemed to keep the place up and offer good service. I wanted to leave a good review so the younger kids keep doing what they’re doing and don’t let the heartless rude ppl get to them or let them affect the way they approach life and work. There are ppl out there who do still appreciate all the hard work.

Went for a quick order last night after a long day at the water and ended up coming back with a Cheesy Gordita crunch with no meat and spilling out Spicy Ranch all over our other food. It was like half a bottle was emptied on it. Pretty sure it was purposeful. Doritos taco was cold. No receipt given as asked (likely also on purpose). Extremely disappointing will not be coming back. Was nothing but nice. No reason to do something so extremely rude.

I’m too tired to list my order, but we went back because they screwed up the order + forgot the chalupas just to get home again and find the chalupas to be screwed up, too. no matter what we order, how we list the items, and even when the orders repeated back to us correctly, the food is always messed up. they made all the chalupas chicken, when only 2 were chicken. I really dislike grilled chicken but im hungry so I’m gonna eat it so as not to waste food, but I’m not at all enjoying my meal. everybody has been having problems with this place the last 8 months, what is going on ? this is so disappointing. if you need to take more time to prepare orders, do that. I’d rather wait longer and get my correct food than wait ANY amount of time and get messed up food. we only get fast food on nights nobody has energy to cook. I dont think we will be returning.

The experience has been horrible. This has to be one of the worst places to order food from. 7 or 8 out of 10 times they will get your order wrong. And when you order a large drink they give you at best a medium drink and say that is their large. They are always out of something. And it’s that something you want. (For example.. crispy chicken, they only have original.)Their customer service sucks. They always seem to be mad or at least unhappy. They never make you feel welcome. They do not ask if you need anything else or even double-check if your order is right. We have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they still mess up the order. I just don’t think they care. We want to stop going there but it’s the closest KFC and Taco Bell close by. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you dont mind that you get your order wrong and have to get back in line to correct it.

Waited in drive through line to order for 10 minutes. Waited to pay another 10 minutes and was asked to park and wait for my order. There were 5 other cars waiting for their order it was ridiculous! I watched as other customers complained to the workers bringing the ordets out about how long they were waiting, again ridiculous!!! Total time spent for fast food drive through over 40 minutes. DO NOT GO THERE IT’S RIDICULOUS!!

Not going back. We went around 8:45 tonight. Ordered from Taco Bell and KFC. Got to the window and was told to pull up and park and pull back through the drive through in 5 minutes and it would be ready. We waited…. then pulled around again for our food. The Luxe box didn’t have the right items and were not good, our Chicken Littles were cold and gross, and the drink my husband got was flat. Waste of time and money.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
