Warning to local vegetarians: At Jimmy John’s #3999 in Versailles, management appears to believe “The Veggie” should include chicken. Lots of chicken.
I learned this the hard way when I ordered Jimmy John’s only vegetarian sandwich option, got home, and discovered it was stuffed with chicken. I called the store and spoke to “David,” who identified himself as the senior manager. David first informed me I was mistaken—he remembered making the sandwich and was sure there was no chicken in it. Bold claim, considering I was holding the chicken-filled sandwich and a receipt clearly marked The Veggie.
Once confronted with reality, David explained that while any sort of refund was impossible, he could offer partial store credit.
Partial. Store. Credit. For a sandwich I paid for but did not receive.
David assured me the store has no obligation to refund an undelivered item, which is… an imaginative interpretation of basic commerce. Vegetarians—and anyone who prefers their food orders to resemble what they actually ordered—may want to steer clear of the Versailles Jimmy John’s.

If you dine in service is slow. They tend to give quicker service to drive thru. Its definitely not subs so fast you’ll freak… on the inside. And one lady working acts like she bought the napkins herself when you ask for more. Older lady with mean looking face all the time. On a good note.. The restroom is very very clean. Cleanest I’ve ever seen… anywhere.

This was a small shop with diligent workers. The orders were a little confusing as they cut sandwiches in half more than the Jimmy John’s back home. The place was packed and my order was fine. It feels like they left some ingredients off my Little John. The cookies are great as usual, but prepackaged, so would hope not to go wrong. The soda machine needed replacement, as some drinks were flat or too much soda water. It was packed, so a good thing we were getting our food, making bathroom breaks and leaving. There is one mens’ and one women’s restroom with no stall, just a toilet, sink, and papertowels. It could have used some cleaning, and the place did not have the regular JJ music or cute signs/atmosphere.

First, I must say that I’m a frequent customer and always satisfied with the food and service. But…. today, I ordered the usual #3 tuna with cheese, tomato, and well, the tuna was non-existent. My other sandwich was good. I have no explanation. ?? I’ll be back, so don’t disappoint me again, JJ.

First of all ordered at 5:39 and didn’t receive my food until 6:31 which I called and was told they only have one driver right now, so I understand, everyone is struggling with staff right now. Honestly though when your company thrives on “Freaky Fast” service, don’t offer delivery, just do drive thru and dine-in. Save your business the trouble and complaints. Second of all, If you sandwiches are ALREADY over priced and you charge extra for things like avocado spread, I expect to get EXTRA. This is the last time I will order Jimmy Johns. Pretty mad and disappointed

Ordered a Vito Little John, And asked if they could substitute the capicola for extra salami?
Employee at the window taking the money handing the orders out just flat out said no we can’t!
I said why not I’m paying for it .The salami Shouldn’t be Much of a price difference than the Capicola I said, And he said yeah, no, we can’t do it!
