In the past this location was good, but today not so much. I waited almost an hour for my order. I ordered on the computer kiosk inside the restaurant. They had five workers and a very long line at the drive thru window. The young lady working the front of the restaurant explained because of so many customers I would have to wait. I accepted her explanation and waited, but they really need more help. I paid for my food at 4:42pm and left at 5:30pm. The floor was dirty and the tables were too. I checked the boxes before I left to make sure everything was there. The food was fresh, hot, and very good. Everything else needs work.

The food was delicious and the service was great. They had a lady cleaning the dining area and she kept checking on everyone to see if they needed anything. She was so nice and helpful.

Went through the drive thru instead of ordering inside because I preferred to sit in my truck. I stayed in my truck and never left the premises and ate my food. I drank my tea and went to get a refill and was told by the manager that I couldn’t do that. I explained that I had my receipt and was still refused a refillable drink. Poor customer service. Think twice before you come here. I’ll gladly take my business to a better store.

This restaurant is new but they seem to be struggling to keep it clean. This is another area that has a lot riff raft. Food was consumable. We could not eat inside because of the cold temperature.

Ordered a 20 piece tailgate for the family waiting at the park, we were trying to have a picnic for 11 people. We finally got some food after standing in line for at least 35 min. I guess they figured out that their restaurant actually does sell chicken and biscuits so they had to cook it. Then when I got the food it was missing 4 biscuits two sides a jug of tea and 4 cups and plates. I had to leave the park and miss my lunch with everyone to go back and get the rest of the food.

The general manager Teresa was rude, doesn’t practice good customer service and the staff and shift managers are no different. The management needs to do a serious customer service training/ shake up. Their fries was half way filled and saggy, ordered a four pieces chicken and a got only wings and legs and we asked the Teresa if we could possibly change at least one of the chicken to a different parts, she just simply denied it and that I should mentioned it during ordering so she can punch it in…

Very thankful this location opened. Cedar Creek location is terrible. Worth the drive as this location is always fresh, friendly, accurate and clean.

Ordered my food at 5:22 I was told 7 mins on my chicken legs ok cool that’s not long. I’m sitting waiting waiting I had to go inside and that was at 5:48. While I watched 10-15 cars get there food it’s no way my food hadn’t been ready. When does it take 26 minutes to cook chicken ?

It was great food there’s a whole lot of moldy tiles I believe that’s a health code violation and they have mislabeled a sweet tea container and their employees like to just come out and sit in the lobby and not work or have friends hang out in the back and no hair nets and yes they’re by the food prep area and making food
