When I noticed him taking out waste papers, covers from outside, I thought their might be other folks taking care of order and delivery. Went inside And noticed same guy cleaning the hands properly and serving the customer… Overall very Good service, keep up the great work

Loud yelling while I’m ordering by owners. Then the female owner wants to charge my daughter money for ice water which is usually free. Then my daughter got a hair on her bagel and the employee acted like he didn’t believe her. Great experience in incompetence.

Ridiculous. I go in at 6:15am to pick up a mobile order for coffee and snacks and the short brown woman was so busy talking on her phone she couldn’t help a customer. I get it was a bit slower but have some respect for your customers if they wanted to order something at the register rather than snip you were busy, when you had no orders pending on your screen that was obviously visible and another staff member in the back kitchen taking their sweet time to make stuff; as well as being on their phone too.
A little professionalism and respect for other people’s time goes a long way.
Ordered through the mobile app and requested there was less ice in my drinks, it was both filled to the brim. Makes you wonder if the staff knew how to read or was “too busy” talking on her phone to pay attention.
3 stars for how clean the store was at least, though they deserve (0) zero stars for their professionalism and staffing. It’s a shame how they make their money and not treat customers with respect.

Woman and I’m assuming her husband operating this establishment are probably the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with in the food industry. It’s like they’re doing you a favor. Each morning my order comes to over $25 and each morning I get attitude and a wrong order. Well this is my last time. I’ll drive the few extra minutes to the next DD.

By far the RUDEST!!! Not only is she unbelievably rude. She throws the bag on the counter and still shorted us a wrap. I would rather drive 8 minutes to the nearest DD. Avoid at all costs

The service is always slacking and the employees give you attitude because of it. I don’t mind waiting but I mind when I am not treated with respect. After specifying my order every time, I get something I did not order and it’s a hastle to get my order corrected. I like my coffee with less ice so it is not watery, so I asked for less ice. When I got my cup it was completely full to the bottom with ice. When I asked to have some ice removed and add coffee, the employee said it is busy so he does not have time to fix my order. This is the last time I go to this Dunkin’.

I was extremely tired as I had just come off of an 11 hour nursing shift and was headed back to home so I needed caffeine, it was delicious, woke me up and was served to me with a smile from two friendly employees that I’m guessing run this DD. That cappuccino got me back to my home safely! thank you nice humans.
