Super stoked on this gem! Best Italian food (or food in general) on the North Shore.
Went to the opening and have been back 5 times since. Hearty portions of super tasty/delicious pastas. Fresh baked bread for the bomb hero’s.
You can tell that the owner puts a lot of love into the menu. You can taste it!
10/10 recommend.
They had movies when we went and it was a chill outdoor picnic/country vibe. Very awesome option for date night or family outing or cruising with friends.
The Silos part of the old sugar mill in waialua is booming with new businesses from Artists, bakers, health focused creatives.
Looking forward to next time!

The food was so good, I almost forgot to take a picture! The Arancini’s are amazing, I could eat them three times a day. The portions are huge and the flavors are amazing!! Well worth the trip to the Waialua for dinner

Josie’s is the best Italian food place on the North Shore hands down! I’ve tried everything they offer on the menu and the only disappointment is that I can’t eat everything every time I go. Located in the newly redone Silos at the Waialua Sugar Mill (same location as Mele Mele). The atmosphere is that perfect hole in the wall feel that makes you feel welcomed every time. You cant go wrong with any of the food but I would HIGHLY recommend any of the Hero subs and they always blow it out of the water with the specials. If you have been missing some of that Italian flavor in your life look no further! Head on down to Josie’s and tell em Mikie sent you for NO discount whatsoever but probably a laugh or 2.

Such a vibe here. Came on a Thursday… just missed Mele Mele bakery(they closed) and was surprised to find Josies serving some delicious food! (Its a shared spot) We tried the strawberry matcha, ube matcha, spaghetti & chicken parm sandwich, excellent service kind people & really cool spot to just relax. Dj played some 90s disco music. So many shops all within one little area. Definitely my new go to place!

Cute little italian resturant and bakery! The pesto was fantastic, and the vibes are immaculate. A little hard to find, as maps has it set on a different building. Follow directions for Mele Mele bakery if you get lost.

Josie’s o’ahu is amazing. The arancini and pesto pasta are delicious & the atmosphere is so nice for evening hangouts. It is so obvious that Tony puts love into everything he creates in the kitchen. It’s almost like he’s Italian or something! 😉
