So.. we have had a love, hate relationship with this location for some time. I did allow the management to try and “resolve” the issues and of course, those orders were fine. However, it truly is hit or miss. Today, after months of not eating here, my daughter requested pizza rolls, so as a quick decision on a busy day, we hoped for the best. Even PAY DOUBLE what we would have paid going to even Little Ceasers, to be disappointed again. Some items were okay but the crustless pizza was horrible. I asked for no onions, sub black olive. They did put olive, but also still added TONS of onion, so much so, you could smell it over everything. My loaded wedges, I don’t even know how the cheese melted but the wedges themselves UNCOOKED?? Sorcery I suppose.. of the worst kind. When you are spending nearly $50 each time, it’s definitely a let down… not worth another call, won’t go back again.

If you calll and go and get it, you have a better chance of it going thru. I’ve ordered online and didn’t receive the right pizza. This last time, they didn’t even show up. They charged my card, tho. Delivery fee, tip, everything. I never got the pizza. After 70 mins I called and Danica told me that I could just come and get the order. They aren’t delivering anymore. No offer to refund the tip and delivery fee. She said that If I can’t come and get it then I can call customer service.

Fantastic service.. wearing smiles when we came in to pick up our order at 1030pm….. and the pizza and cinnamon bread were absolutely beautiful!! ….. like they looked like the advertisements!! Tasted even better!! Thank you guys!! Awesome job!!

Ordered The Beast pizza. Tastes good but I didn’t care for the sauce that much. It tasted like canned tomato sauce. The crust, cheese and toppings were great.
I had excellent service. They were quick and seemed very friendly. I picked up the pizza and it was ready to go just as I arrived. Inside the store was small and had two seats for waiting. The room where they worked seemed way too large and empty. It felt like they could have shortened the work area and possibly made a bigger area to sit down at.

Had to wait a hour after ordering before finally getting my food, was ignored when trying to pick it up and they literally only cut 2 slices out of the entire pizza. And paid for bacon and got the smaller of sprinkles.Terrible service and work ethic. Will definitely not return, Also left 3 times and on the 3rd time I had to stand and wait for them to finish boxing it which took 10 minutes.

If I could give them no stars I would. Called at 8:05. Ordered for delivery. Paid and waited forever. By 10 we called and asked where our order was. The guy was extremely rude and said we told them it was pickup, which never happened because he specifically asked for my address and asked if it was pickup or delivery. He told me “well we are closing and getting ready to walk out”. Then he said “ we gave that order away to someone else”. Like what? My kids haven’t ate yet and I had nothing else in my fridge to feed them because I haven’t been to the grocery yet. I told him I wanted a refund at the very least. Which then he responded with “well I don’t think they would put pickup unless that’s what you told them”. I am so annoyed. Since they moved I can’t stand them. They are rude, dirty, and do not care about customer service. Very sad because my family always makes sure we tip 10 dollars or more every time. They even still forget our 2 liter every time and I always give them grace about it. We will not be back and my refund better be back in my account tomorrow morning.

horrible customer service! just got off the phone with an employee asking where my order was, i had ordered it over an hour ago. in the notes i had requested them not to ring our doorbell, and to call me instead to greet them. my phone number was correct. they arrived, called a wrong number, and didn’t even leave the food i had fully paid online for. im frustrated, as i called and was met by a very rude tone and little to no help. i requested them to bring my food back out, they refused, im recieving a refund but it doesn’t stop the frustration! i was calm over the phone, and simply said i understand but this is a bit frustrating and i was again met with an attitude. i wont be coming back. i live two seconds away from the store, and am sick, they really did me a massive disservice today.
