Our favorite Indian place is in Chester Springs. Very glad they moved closer to us. It’s been our favorite place for years. I love the Honey Garlic Chicken and Chicken Samosas. My wife loves the Chicken Tikka Masala.
This location has a great bar area as well with great pricing (see photo). Everything is always clean and the service is one of the best in the restaurant industry.

House of P.A. is a lovely Indian restaurant that feels warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in. The ambience is cozy, and the decor is colorful and fun. One of the coolest things is the hanging umbrellas from the ceiling—they look bright and cheerful and make the place feel special.
The serving utensils are traditional and add to the experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They greet you with a smile, explain the menu, and make sure you have everything you need.
The food is full of flavor and cooked just right. From spicy curries to tasty vegetarian dishes, everything tastes fresh and homemade. There is a bar area serving variety of drinks and a small area where you can buy Indian food items to take home.
Right outside the restaurant, there’s an auto rickshaw, just like the ones in India. It’s a fun touch and great for photos.
Overall, House of P.A. is more than just a restaurant—it’s a place where you can enjoy delicious Indian food in a fun and colorful setting. A great spot for families, friends, or a special night out!

1st time in Chester springs we have a restaurant that gives a vibe of NY downtown upscale. We visited with few of our friends on Friday evening. It is a nice place to have a fun evening.
Food was very delicious. They have large vegetarian selection. We order variety of dishes and chef did an excellent job. We were able to meet the owner and he has very kind to answer few of our questions. Sizzler was also very tasty & good quantality. A must visit place to have a family dinner.
Good place to enjoy Beer and Cricket Game with friends and family

Had a lovely first experience at this new gem in Chester Springs! The food was good, the atmosphere lovely (colorful umbrellas galore!), and the service friendly! I can’t wait to try their fusion dishes (American, Mexican and Italian with an Indian twist!) as well as their mocktails. Full bar to boot and unique drinks.

I stopped by for take out. I was not sure what to order the staff helped me to decide. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing!! I recommend the butter chicken that comes with rice, the tandoori sampler, the spinach naan. My food came out hot and packaged for travel home. No spills. I did notice a bar area and lots of comfortable seating areas. There was music playing and it felt like a nice vibe. Also a small pool table in the back. Ample parking in the lot out front.

My wife and I had valentine’s dinner here and had a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding, from the host, to the servers, and manager. They really went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Food was delicious and fun cocktails too. Appreciated the rose water and treats they brought by after dinner. We will definitely go back.

The food is overpriced for both the taste and quality. Many people in our area had already said this place wasn’t worth it, but I still decided to try it myself—and now I agree with them. I ordered a starter and an appetizer for takeout, and both were soggy with an overwhelming used‑oil taste. Very disappointing quality.

Staff was accommodating and even provided a complimentary mocktail shot upon arrival. The food was well seasoned and cooked and presentation was amazing. I loved the atmosphere with all the decorations felt very homey. The bread basket was the perfect amount for 5 people and paired well with the butter chicken and the sizzler. We got both mild which was flavorful still and the extra spicy was spicy but not unbearable. Very pleasant experience and we plan on coming back.
