So I came in about 3 weeks ago and it’s a new staff,when I say excellent customer service. I told the “newly hired” manager that I will make sure I would come back to visit her,and when I walked in she remembered and gave the biggest smile ever. Such a wonderful crew on my visit for today. Laura,Lexis and the young man with the brown eyes was simply amazing as they took each persons order,within a timely manner. I give them all 5 plus stars as this location has gotten waaaaay better starting with the customer service.

The girl who waited on us was completely by herself. But she crushed it!! She was waiting on ppl ahead of us but stopped to let us know that she needed understanding because she was the only one working. When she did wait on us, she was very accommodating. I wish I had gotten her name.

Went to Subway on Dawson to get my son dinner we were helped by two young ladies AuriAna and Zianiah and they were absolutely wonderful. Both of these young ladies were so polite and patient and helpful with beautiful smiles on their faces. Both young girls were really just lovely and delightful with impeccable customer service skills. So Subway I say to you they deserve a raise because if I experienced employees like these two at every location I would be a loyal customer for life. Thank you ladies…

This new crew is the best! However the way some of these customers treat them is wrong. They do what they can they are sent what they get. Hearing someone yelling at them insisting they have better product in the back of sad. Especially when these customers start threatening them. Shame on you. You put yourself in their shoes and then you’ll know. Grow up.

Ordered online and the tracker wasn’t updating. Always the same short lady training somebody that doesn’t have any business being there… Messed up 2 completly different sandwiches.. how sway?? All you had to do was read bruh?? Can’t get nobody on the phone.. Wasn’t worth the tip they got.. Don’t Go!

The place was unfortunately understaffed but Taniya (I hope I’m spelling that right) was absolutely incredible! Not a single order messed up, wonderful demeanor and kept way calmer than I would given the pressure.

This Subway has no working phone number. With no working phone number there is NO way to correct a problem from the Subway website. The store is not responsible for the website but they are for sending 3 of the exact same order to the same address and charging someone for it. Maybe if they answered the phone I could have fixed it. Now I’m out $45.18 and have to go thru the bank to cancel it.
