Restaurants in the roughest neighborhoods in Monterrey, Mexico look way better than this place. The service was poor and very slow. It took almost an hour to get our order and then the food was cold. This was our first time here and it will be our last.

Food was good, seemed made to order which made the wait long. Has what appeared to be 2 waitresses, 1 was moving very quick and the other not at all (literally shuffling her feet along.) I unfortunately had the one that wasn’t moving which made our wait even longer. People coming in after us with the fast waitress were eating long before us. Probably will never dine-in at this place again.

Worst place to go, i went there was only 1 waitress the lady thats always there just sitting and chatting with customers we moved tables twice to see if she would attend us, THEY NEVER DID!! After around 30 mins waiting they took our order, so we waited and waited ppl came in ate left, more ppl come in eat and leave yet our food was never served, so we got up and told them we never got our food, they tried to blame it on the waitress when the waitress was so nice and took our order knowing that she was attending the other side of the diner, so the owner im guessing said our next meals would be free!! Umm theres absolutely no intentions to ever coming back lady!! Maybe try getting up and helping the waitress since you only attended the people you knew and only served them!! Worst experience ever!! Dont recommend this place

Did not like the service, Why- sat there 10 minutes no one acknowledged us, I had to say can we get coffee please, we asked twice for water, I had to ask for salsa for my food. The beans had way to much lard. Do not Recommend. They only said Hello to the people they knew, I did not feel welcomed.
