Great experience! The best restaurant in this space, and maybe miles around in years. Please give Noor your business. Great food, great presentation, great service and great ambiance. Many servers, we never felt ignored. This is our new favorite go to place. We loved the presentation of every plate. You have to try it!

My wife and I were able to get a last minute reservation as it was fully booked on opentable. After our 8oclock dinner reservation I see why.
The food was amazing. Everything is made from scratch. Even the bread is baked fresh in house. We started off with the Muhamara which is like a red chilli hummus with walnuts dipped with the fresh baked bread. I could’ve just eaten that the whole night. Also had the Freekoto which is a creamy risotto but has a light creamy texture and feels like wild rice so feels light and healthy. Decided to go with the mixed grill. Lamb chops, chicken, and truffle kebab. Lamb chops were perfect and juicy. Now that was just the food. The atmosphere was great. Has that Mediterranean/Tulum decor. Owners definitely put a lot of thought not only into the menu but also the decor and vibe. We there on a Saturday so they also had a live dj. So a very upbeat atmosphere and not like a traditional reserved restaurant. Also has indoor and outdoor seating as well as a bar. From what I can tell from what people were ordering they have very creative cocktails. Can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu although it will take a couple of trips. Didnt make it to the dessert as we were stuffed. No complaints. Will have to save room next time!

Excellent meal – food, service and vibe. There were 7 of us (everyone but me is originally from Syria), so expectations were high! We ordered a smattering of appetizers and grilled meats and finished with the Umm Ali and Arabic ice cream. We all had our favorites but everyone walked out full and happy. I loved that the music and volume of the restaurant isn’t so loud that you can’t carry a conversation. It’s sexy enough for a date but totally appropriate for a full family meal…

Celebrated my birthday with friends at Noor, and everything about the experience was next level. From the warm, hospitable owners to the stunning atmosphere and presentation, it truly felt special. We sampled a bit of everything from the shareable menu—the eggplant and short rib hummus is an absolute must, and the truffle kabob was so good we ordered a second round. The drinks were incredibly refreshing, with great non-alcoholic options as well. The deconstructed baklava was light and delicate, finished with beautiful floral rose garnishes that perfectly captured the Arabic flair and flavor. Truly feels like a little slice of paradise here in the valley. ✨

The food, especially the shareables, hummus, raw dishes, and appetizer, was phenomenal. The ambiance and décor are very cute and welcoming. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. The owner and manager stopped by a few times to check on us, but in a friendly, non-intrusive way. There was also a DJ with a great mix of Middle Eastern and Western music. I give this place 5 stars without hesitation and will definitely be coming back to try more items.

Incredible dining experience! The ambience and design of the restaurant is stunning! Food was amazing! The tabbouleh was bright and fresh with flavors. The eggplant fattoush was delicious too! So many vibrant vegetables, garnished with fresh pomegranate seeds and fresh oregano! We also had the truffle kebab also delicious. We ordered some other items, too many to list. We ended our dinner with kunafe and Arabic ice cream, wow! Both made in house. What makes this restaurant even more special is that the owners can be found mingling and visiting with their guests every night. There is also a DJ there on the weekends. You must try this restaurant! You will not be disappointed.

The food was absolutely delicious. It’s the first restaurant in Arizona to bring this authentic taste, and you can really feel it. The atmosphere, music, and overall vibes were amazing. The owners were very kind, they personally checked on us and asked how the food was. Everything was perfectly done

From the moment you walk in you are impressed from the attention to every detail. Let’s start with the vibes, from entry you feel energetic and happy to be in this restaurant. The decor is a great mix between traditional Damascus, Syria mixed with a touch of Tulum and Dubai vibes. The music is a perfect touch to make the place lively but not too loud which is a perfect mix! The service was phenomenal and all attention is placed to making you feel welcome! Now to the food! The food is absolutely phenomenal, combining traditional middle eastern dishes with flair. I am Syrian originally and the food hit the spot perfectly. The Kibbeh Nayeh was amazing, tabbouleh just how I like it! We also ordered hummus, msakhan, and halloumi cheese with cherries that had perfect presentation. And the ice cream was delicious as well at the end! Honestly, wish I could try the whole menu! Portion size is great and the presentation was perfection. On top of that, the drinks were awesome. Combining arak in a mixed drink is difficult but they nailed it! And the old fashioned was amazing as well! Will be back again soon!!

We’ve been patiently for Noor to open and are so glad we got to try it last night! I started with the medjool date old fashioned, and wow it was strong but very easy to drink! The stuffed date on the side was a beautiful touch.

We got the baba ganouj, which is a chilled eggplant dish, and the mushroom hummus – both were delicious! I loved the pomegranate seeds on the eggplant. The bread was warm and fresh. We also got the beet salad and OMG, this is the standout star! The pistachio crusted goat cheese balls were phenomenal.

For our main we split the zataar salmon. The salmon was tasty, but it felt like a small portion for $45. Next time we will stick with the small plates (perfect for sharing).

As a heads up, the restaurant just opened a few days ago and they’re still working out the kinks. We spent 2.5 hours in the restaurant last night, with most of the time waiting on food. Luckily, the atmosphere is beautiful and the drinks are fantastic. Maybe try to arrive early and beat the rush!
