Went here the other night for the first time since moving into the area. A nice clean place with fast service and a cozy feel. Had a large three way inverted with the habanero cheese and a cheese coney. Absolute fire!!! They seem to have their act together as their chili spaghetti plate seems to have more on the plate compared to most other locations which is great. Will definitely be back for more.

For starters, I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was barely seated for five seconds before Avery approached (a fantastic server, by the way) with crackers & silverware, asking what I’d like. The food tasted so fresh and was ready quickly (which seems to be a “thing” at all Skylines).
I was having an early lunch & that’s why the dining room was deserted. As I was nearing leaving, it was starting to get more guests.

Coming from the West, having table service for fast food was very unique, very clean inside and nice, with TVs for sport. However, portions are pretty small but they load it with cheese which is awesome, the chili wasn’t for me as I am more accustomed to a hearty chili but still a good experience

Everyone was so inviting. McKaila was our server and she was absolutely fantastic! The manager, Jonathan, was very kind and helpful because it was our first time at Skyline Chili!

The people that work in the evenings after 4pm consistently get orders wrong. I actually eat a lot of skyline and the amount of times they get my order wrong and I have to drive back then they get an attitude is ridiculous. Make sure you check your bag before leaving the parking lot. This restaurant needs a proper manager.

We’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and multiple opportunities, but almost every time we get noodles, they are like chopped up and soggy/mushy. They also give minimal chili on the spaghetti. And their cheese is sometimes clumped together.
I think everything else is fine. Like the environment and service is good. I think they need to have someone come in to see and fix how they’re making their noodles because that is our biggest and most constant complaint.

The food is always hit or miss. This last visit we had runny tasteless chili. Over cooked hotdogs and the buns were really chewy. When I told the server she just ignored me, set the check on the table and walked away. We will be going to the other chili place from on.

My husband and I have dined here several times since it has opened last summer in our town! We love the food, service, and employees. We are always greeted with smiles and waited on promptly. All of our servers (McKaila, Avery, Ava) have given us excellent service and been nothing short of kind and energetic! We love to eat here and continue to come back!
