Went to this Wendy’s this past weekend and got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was uncooked raw chicken. I went back to this location and asked for a refund and the girl working said I don’t know how to do that and to come back again the next day. This is completely unacceptable I’m not one to complain but I’m generally concerned about someone getting sick because improper food safety

Bathrooms are practically inoperable. Our shoes stuck to the floor.
Prices are absurd. $45 for 4 people!
Had a crazy long wait despite the store being empty, to receive room temperature food. Wrong sauces, missing at least one pack of fries. They put cold shredded cheese on top of the baconator fries, and said they couldn’t melt it.
We will not be coming back.

7:40 pm, young female employee was talking with a young male non employee. When I walked up to the register she told me the inside was closed… At 7:40 pm. Said I had to use the drive thru. Won’t be coming back.

Don’t use the mobile app: The restaurant isn’t affiliated with the app. The manager explained it’s better to call to see if they have food available before ordering. I’m on day two of trying to get my money back.
They don’t carry the food available on the app. The manager explained that they are a franchise and don’t work with the corporate app. So it’s better to call to see if they have food available. She also stated that the credit card machine goes down every shift. This seems accurate as we have been there a few times over the past few months and they were taking cash only orders. If the owners are not investing in the restaurant or employees, my guess is they will be going out of business soon.
The corporate app does not provide refunds. It’s really unfortunate that there isn’t a warning in the app that the restaurant isn’t affiliated and takes your money anyways.

Just drive right on by this place. The past three times have been terrible, food messed up, cold fries, and terrible service. This place is two seconds from my house so I stopped by in a hurry for the last time. I sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes. They said nothing. I pulled up to the window. Ask them if their speaker was broken and he said no go around and get back in line obviously after being there for 10 minutes, there was six cars behind me. Never again.

The food is not fresh, the staff does not want to work they are always trying to hurry you up or the store, I should at least wait for my food, noone in the store but everything is not fresh or even warm. Fries are redropped and you can taste it.

This Wendy’s never fails to disappoint. Half the time it smells like weed when you go there late. They take forever and half the time I go there I sit at the drive thru and get no response I have to leave and go down the road to McDonald’s. If you do by some miracle get food there it’s terrible. If it wasn’t for the convenience I would never eat here again. If you order food it’s always wrong, if you go through the drive thru good luck. If you try to eat inside? Same deal. Avoid this Wendy’s at all cost. Late night here is by far the worst

Walked in. Entire store smelled like weed . Super strong. I dont have a problem with people using but the smell makes me exfremely nauseas. Employees seemed they didnt care i was asking about who was smoking so hard. I left to go through drive through so i didnt have to smell it. When i went through drive through an employee said “oh thats him”. As in i was person upset about the smell. I drove off. Im not risking people spitting in my food because i dont want to smell weed. Do not eat at this location.

The last three times I’ve stopped here they were “cash only.” More likely they didn’t feel like actually serving any customers. I wonder if the owners or management knows they’re doing this. Don’t waste your time for food that won’t be made well anyways.

Stood there for 15 minutes and everyone walked past us and acted like we didnt even exist and then the girl who was supposed to be doing orders decided she didnt feel like doing anymore work and just clocked out. And then finally someone said we will be with you shortly and proceeded to end the shift on the drawer and go count the money down. Meanwhile another person had been standing there for 15 20 mins for his food. You would think having 7 or 8 workers you would want to take care of your customers.
