Great customer service! I ordered the wrong item. Completely my fault. They happily fixed MY mistake.

The location is clean with both indoor and outdoor seating. They have great hotdogs, chili, and soft steamed buns. It’s hard to beat a Wienerschnitzel chili dog.

DISCLAIMER: I’m honored to be a Top 10 Reviewer in Oklahoma for Google. I do my best to be fair and honest but realize your experience may differ from mine. So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. MY REVIEW: Drove an hour from Tulsa just to eat there. We hadn’t had Weinerschnitzel since they left Tulsa back in the 1980s. Worth the drive. They’re combined with Tastee Freez. They also have coupons on their website. We got two chili coneys and fries for just $4.99. We added drinks and corn dogs. The corn dogs were deep-fried and crunchy like the good old days. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is small but clean and nice with outdoor seating as well. They have chili coneys for only $1 on Wednesdays. Im sure we’ll be taking another afternoon trip again soon!

While in Siloam Springs, AR, I stopped at the Wienerschnitzel on Highway 412 to grab a couple of mustard-and-ketchup hot dogs. I noticed the Wednesday special for 4 chili dogs for $4 and ordered that, asking (as I’ve done many times before) to substitute the chili with mustard and ketchup and add onions.

At the window, I requested a receipt and noticed the order still showed chili. I asked the employee if the dogs had chili, and she confirmed they did. I explained that I specifically asked for no chili when ordering. Her response was “No you didn’t,” delivered with a clear attitude, followed by “That’s how they come and we can’t change it.” This was surprising, as I’ve made this same substitution many times without issue.

After some back-and-forth, she finally said they would remake the order, but by that point her agitation made me uncomfortable. I declined the remake, and she abruptly told me, “You can go now!”—which felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked for her name and the manager, she closed the window and walked away.

I pulled forward and went inside. The employee avoided me, and a very young male (about 19) stated he was the manager and gave the name Ashton, though he seemed hesitant. When I asked for the other employee’s first name, I was told it was “corporate policy” not to give names, despite the fact that no employees were wearing name tags. The manager did not offer to correct the order or resolve the situation and repeated that “that’s how they come.”

I left extremely disappointed. The lack of customer service, accountability, and basic professionalism—especially from someone placed in a leadership role—was shocking. I will be submitting a formal complaint to corporate.

Drove from Tulsa for these coneys. Always delicious. I enjoy the upgraded all beef hotdogs. Staff was very helpful and friendly. AND a very important factor in any restaurant review… the restrooms were spotless.

So, out running our farm errands and we see this joint. As my honey has limited junk food opportunity he was like “hhheeeeeyyyyy….You’re gonna be to tired to cook wanna just stop here?”

I got the Chicago Dog and a drink, he had a double chilli cheese burger and a chilli cheese dog, potatoes & a drink.

We ordered all polish dogs, because we prefer that texture, it did cost extra but we were okay with that & happy they had an option.

The food looked like quintessential junk food should. The taste was on point. One of the staff came out and was joking around with everyone in the lobby, while quizzing everyone with the “How was everything?” question .We had so much fun being silly there
As farmers silly days are not common, too busy for all of that!!! Made for an amazing fun time that made us feel teenagery I guess.

Only 3 cons:

Only seats 29 people and it would be kinda crowded…. I think 29 people is a stretch.

The dogs needed a more substantial hot dog bun. The bun winds up a little too soggy towards the end of your hot dog, so the last of it you have to eat without the bread.

It cost $35 for 2 people

Love Wienerschnitzel! Have not eaten at one in over 30 years. Was super excited to see this on our way through town and definitely had to stop and eat. This branch was spotless. The food was hot and delicious. The staff was just as good. Will definitely return when in the area.

I grew up eating at Der Wienerschnitzel in California. For me it’s the nostalgia. The chili dogs are still the best. I also bought their canned chili to take home. Now that I live in a state that doesn’t have a weinerschnitzel we drove 70 miles to eat and bring back a case of their chili. No complaints except that we need some Oklahoma locations. Hope they’re listening! ♥️
