I had no doubts about 410 BBQ. The half rack ribs were delicious with the perfect amount of fat content. They even provided an extra side of sauce. Coleslaw was pretty good but I was surprised by the mac & cheese. I’d definitely recommend for ribs, but choose your sides wisely. 9/10.

I expected more, I got the brisket bowl with brisket and macaroni. The majoring was more like box than homemade, and the brisket in BBQ on top was dry with sauce on the top. I love to support my own and gold them accountable when something doesn’t meet regular standards, but I can say my husband liked it.

I got the half rack of ribs. Meat was fall off the bone tender, the flavor was great, didn’t even need a sauce with them the dry rub and smoke was excellent. Portions were generous, I would highly recommend to my friends.

Purchased food 5/16/25 the truck was a vendor for employees appreciation week at Sinai hospital. I got the bowl with bbq baked beans , pulled chicken and a side of string beans. Banana pudding for my desert my order was $34 the food was really delicious but the bowls portion was too small for the price the banana pudding was a no for me the service was 10/10

The food was fantastic! The meat was very good and had a nice smoky flavor. I also enjoyed the BBQ sauce, which tasted homemade, and was excellent. I had the green beans as a side, and they were seriously the best green beans I have ever eaten! I would highly recommend you stop by this food truck.

Absolutely delicious bbq and so easy to work with! We had 410 BBQ cater for our wedding rehearsal dinner and everything went perfectly. The mac and cheese, baked beans, green beans, pulled chicken, pulled pork, and ribs were huge hits among our guests. Gary was incredibly responsive to our questions and followed up with us after our event to make sure we were satisfied with the food and our experience. He is an amazing chef with a natural talent for flavorful, top-quality bbq. 410 BBQ is definitely a must-try!
