This place is a hidden gem! Located inside the YMCA on west Ave you can walk in the side door/Senior Center Entrance and it’s right there.
The team is friendly, The food is crazy good and they have an amazing variety… Truly something for everyone. Be sure to check out the specials, Chef Matt is always serving up something awesome and delicious. The Tuna Mac is my personal fav!

My favorite the turkey sandwich in the area. Matt also made me a very special birthday treat- a lobster roll! By far the best one I’ve ever had. Amazing soups and amazing & delicious menu. Always friendly and working hard. Do not forget to grab yourself dessert- the birthday cake cookie was divine.

The Refresh Kitchen offers an assortment of soups, salads, and sandwiches that can be ordered solo or in a “pick 2” or “pick 3” bundle. I had a bundle with chicken shawarma salad, tomato, basil soup, and a chicken salad sandwich and everything was fresh made and delicious. We also had a mango banana smoothie and that was excellent as well. The prices were very reasonable. The cafe discounter service only and is located in the YMCA so the atmosphere is pleasant, but nothing special.

I ordered a Reuben sandwich for my husband, and the portion was so generous he couldn’t even finish it. I had the chicken Caesar wrap, and it was absolutely delicious—the chicken was tender, flavorful, and plentiful.
On top of the great food, I truly appreciated the friendly and attentive customer service. A wonderful first experience all around!

Absolutely delicious! Fresh ingredients- homemade Caesar dressing and perfectly seasoned tender chicken! Other delicious and healthy items on the menu too! So glad I discovered this place- perfect for food to go and even though it’s in the YMCA Senior Center- it’s a regular restaurant window-you can stop in just to get a nice, fresh meal!

I really liked the clam chowder, creamy, rich, flavorful, with just the right touch of spice. And it’s at a really good price point. Reminds me of the Cape.
Try the Bourdain, it was his favorite sandwich: mortadella and provolone with mustard on a hard roll.
Great chopped cheese and real Caesar salad and wrap.
Dark and tasty cold brew.
Really good ingredients done right at a good price.
