Have ordered a couple of times since they opened. They always take much, much longer than the time they quote. Whichever poor soul is at the desk has to check with the kitchen and they never get more information than “not ready yet”. Once ordered 4 different calzones and not one box actually listed which calzone was which. Food is a step up from Dominos, but there are far superior choices for pizza in Mankato. Might be worthwhile if they ever get their act together and stop treating customers as an impediment to running what I assume is their real business, The Crooked Pint.

We have ordered here multiple times over the past year because we really like GM’s pizza. However, we have been let down literally almost every single time with some type of issue with ordering. I’m not exaggerating. Literally 9 times out of 10 there is some type of major issue where the pizza wasn’t made all together, no one put the order through, it wasn’t made properly, etc. If the staff at Crooked Pint can’t figure out how to put an order through, then designate staff for GM. It’s literally terrible, and there’s never any offer for a discount or anything for waiting an extra 30 min for them to make your pizza.

Seemed unorganized had to go look for help per the sign. Price quoted on phone was $5 more at pickup. Pizza wasn’t ready at pickup time. I was late too. Pizza was very good skip the cheese bread not worth the $11.99 it costs. Will be back sometime for pizza.

Came here for the first time and ordered a large pep & bacon pizza with cheese sticks. The lady said it’d be about 20-25 minutes so me and my boyfriend decided to wait in the car. After 20-25 minutes I went to pick it up just to find out that it hasn’t been started yet. I was waiting for almost 2 hours now and the lady up front kept changing the time frame of when my food would be done. Not sure if I’ll come back here next time for take out but I don’t blame the lady nor the kitchen! Things get busy so I understand that. Overall, food was delicious & loved the fact that the lady kept checking in with me. She gave me a cookie free of charge due to the wait! Maybe next time I’ll try ordering online and come in at a later time.

We love Green Mill Pizza and often stop at one when we are out of town. (We used to go to the one up at campus all the time and miss it) We tried the Old World and the Pescara. Both were very disappointing. We will give it one more chance and try the deep dish, but otherwise don’t waste your money.

Food was subpar at best… Boneless wings were pretty good (pretty sure these are off of the crooked pint menu) but the pizza was gross and the garlic bread was slathered in cold garlic butter.
