This was the first time at a Penn Station. We ordered but then my husband decided he was really hungry and wanted to change his order for the larger sandwich. The man literally sighed and rolled his eyes making my husband feel like he was being a problem so he said never mind. The two guys working were not friendly at all. As for the food my husbands philly had so much mustard on it you couldn’t taste it. My club sandwich had so little meat you couldn’t taste it. Very little turkey on my teens sandwich. The only good thing about our visit was the fries. In these expensive times we very rarely eat out. Unfortunately we will never go to a Penn Station again.

We stopped on a whim for some carry out on our way home from church. This was our first time at Penn Station. My husband really enjoyed the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, and my youngest daughter said the pizza sub was “really good!” I had a turkey ranch bacon sub which was okay. Next time, I will try a hot sandwich. The fries with seasoning were really good–no need for ketchup! Two large orders of fries could feed our family of 6.

Employees were very friendly.

I had an online order and it was ready right on time. And with only 2 workers on a busy Sunday, they handled the dinner crowd and were so polite too. The two guys working today should get a high five for today. At least from me! And our sandwiches were amazing.

Running the ac in January. Nothing like having cold air blown on you the entire you’re eating. Tried to move and there was no escape. One table was making loud comments about how cold it was to no avail. Plus, whoever cut the sandwiches cut them all the wrong way! In over ten years of eating at Penn Station that’s never happened to us there or any other sub shop before. That’s just funny but coming out with your head and ears hurting from being blasted with ac is not.

Restaurant turned us away 15min before their closing time (getting take out) Ongoing remodels that make the restaurant look dirty. Team is not friendly. Unfortunate because we love Penn Station but this location continues to underdeliver to its customers.

Went in at 9:29, the store closes at 10:00. The lady then says “it’ll be awhile before you can order, I’m cleaning the grill”. We were fine with that so we stood there to wait. She then says “we will be closed by then anyway”. Then what’s the point of being open until 10? Very rude people and lazy in my opinion. I think I would’ve been okay with it if they were nicer about the situation.

I love Penn Station’s Italian sub ❤ especially the bread! The grilled meats, cheese, toppings, and bread come together in the most amazing sandwich I can think of…

It blows away Jersey Mike’s, Jimmy John’s, Subway, you name it! I could probably eat here every single day. I really enjoyed my food this visit. The fries were from directly out of the fryer and everything else was perfect.

One negative was the store could use a good cleaning. But I guess I was there pretty close to closing. Thanks for the amazing sandwich!

This place is disgusting, something is stained all over the signs up above, the straws look like they have been from a 3rd world country the wrappers are stained brown, the grill looked like it hadn’t been scraped in weeks, there’s a renovation going on I guess that’s a different approach being from the construction world my entire life, the personnel were rude especially after we asked for a refund. They asked why and the first thing they said was some tea was spilled well they should have cleaned it up but nobody did and the restaurant was dead no customers, people were walking in and turning around once they seen inside. I have never once asked for a refund but there’s a first for everything.
