I came in through the drive through, I ordered TWO drinks and forgot to add TWO more items. I was greeted RUDELY at the window by who seems like Amber, I asked if I could add two more items and she rudely replied with a snarky tone “So you just wanna add a lot more stuff?” When it was just two things. She complained about us and talked about us adding two more things to our order to her coworker. Next the thing that made me angry was her having her hair down while being in an atmosphere with food all around her, her being a manager she should know better than that and should know how to treat her customers better. I would rather drive 20 more minutes away than this Dunkin honestly, very unprofessional and rude person, driving customers off.

So far any staff I’ve met at this location have been rude to DoorDashers. They have a sign to knock & will be snarky & uppity if you knock more than once. It’s 20 degrees out & we have to stand outside to wait. I see my customers order just sitting there for 5 mins, so of course I’m going to knock after my pick up time has passed. It takes about 10 secs to hand it over & check if it’s correct. I understand it’s busy in the store, but there’s seriously no need to be rude. If I was to open the door and grab the order myself that would cause issues as well. They just need a better system for dashers. The other Dunkin’ in town has zero issues & are always polite. They even apologize for the wait, even if it’s just 2 mins. This store does not. They act like dashers are an inconvenience.

Placed a pick up order the app was having trouble going through. I got to the mic before it processed entirely. I was met with someone on the mic named Amber, so I’m told, she was very rude very snappy and very unprofessional all because as she stated the line was backed up however they only had one line open. I love Dunkin and am a frequent buyer but this has put such a distasteful feeling to me. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Dave please reevaluate your staff as they are running off business!

We got coffee. The coffee was great and the service was good, but the drive through is so cramped and on a slanted surface.. We were barely able to get in there because the line went out into the road… Seems like some corporate greed may be at play with the design … obviously have enough customers to make a better/safer space for customers to pull into to get their coffee and donuts ‍♀️

This D&D is my favorite place in St Joseph! ( South Belt). The staff is always pleasant, and get my orders correct every time. I have my favorite employees, but they’re awesome! I believe the female, shift or assistant manager, is my favorite here. I’ve been a Dunkin customer for over 30 years! I was so happy to find a couple here in Missouri. I’m from New England and we have them on every corner. Thank you guys, for being awesome, and dealing with the early morning,wrap around customers.

I live on this street. The employees or the store itself are not the problem. I go here occasionally and most of the time the lattes are good. It’s the customers that block the street. I feel that something needs to be done so it fixes the problem. People are just rude! I just feel something can be done to keep their patrons from blocking people’s way to get to the belt highway.

I know I just posted but again I ordered a Carmel craze latte. I got coffee with milk. I would have turned around but I had an appointment to get too. I am going to keep writing reviews until something is done. It’s not hard to get an order right. I love Dunkin and yes I keep going because the coffee is amazing. However, it seems the employees do not pay attention, so not smile and aren’t that polite. Management is seriously lacking here. Please make Dunkin good again.
