On Monday February 2nd around 9:30 to 10 am, i was waiting in the food court for jeresey mikes to open and witnessed one of the jersey mikes employees , looked middle aged filipino lady, pick something up off of the ground or maybe out of the ground she then loudly announced something about “food cost” and proceeded to put what appeared to be deli meat into the meat case i got up from my seat quietly and left. i was absolutely appalled to see this out of an establishment that i had trusted many times before and i have not been able to stop thinking about it since. i was disgusted and i still cannot bring myself to eat here at this location again or any jeresey mikes for that matter

I ordered the BLT and was expecting the usual excellent sandwich but was disappointed bc it was short on tomatoes and mayonnaise so it was dry and lacked expected flavor. Attached is a photo of half the sandwich.

I usually order online to save time, but every time I come to this location, I end up waiting longer than at any other Jersey Mike’s. They always seem super busy, especially during peak hours, and it feels like they’re getting more orders than the kitchen can handle. Something needs to change—maybe a bigger kitchen or a better system to manage the orders.
Also, the pick-up setup could be better. They have a shelf for online orders, but it’s rarely used. Instead, orders just sit around in bags, and I’ve had to flag down an employee to get mine even after it’s ready. Using the shelf for online orders would make things smoother. Managing the rush and improving order organization would make a big difference here.

Pearl City Highland Market Jersey Mike’s. Hands down, the best sandwich sub shop I’ve ever eaten at. Far superior to Subway or Blimpes, but the trade off is elevated prices. It’s worth the treat once in awhile for the Philly Cheesesteak Sub ($18.00 for foot long). There are several varieties of different sandwich choices, sure to have something that will fulfill your taste. Just like other sandwich shops, chips and drink beverages are available to complete your meal. Open daily 8:00am – 4:30pm

When Jersey Mike’s came to Oahu it was a miracle. There’s only so much of the competition’s wimpy subs you can take. Plus coming from the East coast you need some of that back home sub love that the other just can’t provide. The meats are fresh, the bread is good. The Mike’s relish spread is a must !! Head over to your nearest Mike’s and give them a try if you haven’t already done so. Sign up for rewards points and birthday sub.

I love Jersey Mikes. They always cut the meat fresh in front of you and give way more than subway. You can order on the app or website and it will be ready when you get there. Easy app to navigate. It is expensive but worth the money. They have a rewards program so you can earn free subs pretty fast. This location in pearl city doesn’t have wraps though. There is an indoor food court to sit at or 4 smaller covered tables outside to eat your lunch. I always order the Italian bc it has almost everything on it. You can customize your sub on the app or when you are in the store. The staff is ok at this location. I’ve only had two times where they were super nice, otherwise they are just doing the job which is fine as long as it’s a greatly made sandwich. I also wish Jersey Mike’s would add different sides other than chips, like Mac salad haha popular in Hawaii!!!

Super friendly and helpful service! The team here goes above and beyond, both over the phone and in person. We usually visit the University location, but the level of customer service at this location truly stands out. Everyone seems genuinely happy to be working, and their positive energy makes you feel great about supporting them. Exceptional service that deserves 10 stars—keep up the amazing work!
