Nothing beats Taco Bell when you’re hungry for “Mexican food.”
Other locals hate on this location but my food is always hot, fresh & order is correct. Honestly, think only 1 time have I gotten the wrong burrito.

I’m currently waiting on an order and have been here over 40 minutes. They brought out a bag and told me my order was incorrect and never came back with my correct order. When asked if I could get a refund cashier walked off in the middle of my sentence without answering. This is the first time I’ve had an experience this unprofessional at this location.

A year ago, I loved the food and staff, but as of rn, 5/17/25, I’m very disappointed. I understand bad days, but you DO NOT complain about a costumer while still helping said costumer, then just being straight up rude TO MY FACE. I’m very disappointed in how bad it’s gotten over time.

The Demopolis Taco Bell staff are some of the nicest employees!!! I go there very often (they know me by name at this point), and they’re always so nice and attentive. I have always and will continue to recommend this place and praise their kind services. Plus, their bathroom stays clean and nice! Along with the dinnering room too!

It says in my ticket the drive thru employee name is Jamar. Very kind young man, with great customer service skills. Had my food out promptly and was so polite and nice. Very refreshing because I travel a lot for work and you rarely ever get hospitality anymore so thanks for Jamar and the staff there on October 3,2024 at 6:49 P.M.

The service was fine but the food is a different story. Based on this visit we will not return. My wife and I spent like $16.00 and we were still looking for meat I our meals. Very disappointed . Ordered my food on mobile, my family arrived after me and ordered they got their food and were almost finished eating by the time they finished mine. When I got my food, my guacamole was on the outside of my two tacos instead of the inside, it was smashed on and wrapped in the wrapper. The staff wasn’t rude, but the old crew was much friendlier, and customer oriented, after all that they also got my daughter’s order wrong, and they were out of at least three drinks on their fountain, I had to settle on a fourth choice. I hope it was just them having a bad day. I did hear the manager complain that the 5 for 5 crunchy tacos deal for Cinco de Mayo was keeping them busy…
