I ordered ahead and picked up my warm chai latte, no water, 2 days in a row. I wish they had stoppers to go in the hole of the lid, but overall very good. -1 atmosphere for no drive thru.

My service was quick and pleasant. I got an Iced Carmel Macchiato. It was delicious. This was my 1st time at this location. I would recommend coming here. The atmosphere is chill and clean, and they are all friendly.

Worse experience I’ve had while dashing. I went to pick up my order from Starbucks (one coffee) I walked up to the counter and saw my order ready so I showed my order to an employee there she then rudely told me that my order wasn’t ready and went back to chitchating with another employee. About 10mins later (Mind you my drink is still just sitting getting gross and old) she finally bags it as slowly as she can while continuing to ignore me and talk to her friend she then places the bag out of reach and I reasked if my order is ready after a 30min wait time for this whole experience just for her to tell me its not ready when im looking right at my order. I will not be going back to this store again. Worse employee ever.

So, I stopped by Starbucks to buy myself the famous Starbucks’ Pink Drink, and guess what I got? A drink without any taste and a bunch of ice! I wish I had just bought a cup of ice and mixed it with my own drink from Kroger’s or Meijer. What do you guys think? Do you know about Starbucks’ Pink Drink and how they prepare it?

The baristas who were working on Oct 2nd around 6:30pm were extremely nice, all I got was a trenta ice water. I have never an issue at this store and my drinks are always bomb. This is probably one of the best Starbucks I’ve been too. They wrote the nicest and sweetest thing on my cup, and it made my day honestly.

This Starbucks is special. They’ve put a lot of thought into this location’s ambiance and decor. It feels more minimalist than your typical Starbucks, with a pleasant touch of local theming. It is near to the local military base, and a state school both of name “Wright” and it plays off the history with a few propellors aptly decorating a wall. A blackboard on another gave some history of the school, and the base, and suggested a visit to the nearby National Museum of the United States Air Force – I presume, given that this is a blackboard, the information shared changes periodically, but this was a local plus. The building is more open than most Starbucks, and the large glass windows allow for a lot of light during the day. A plus for atmosphere, though it may make computer work a touch more glaringly difficult, depending on seating arrangements.
As for the establishment itself, I may only lament that it is still a Starbucks. With that, all that entails. As far as Starbucks go, however, this Starbucks is special. I appreciate that.
