Costumer service was awful. Waited an hour and 15 for our order before I went and requested my money back. Another family also requested there money back with a third family getting ready to leave until until they started giving them canceled orders to stay. They appear to be prioritizing pick up orders as pizza delivery workers headed out the door with no issue. They didn’t want to give me my money back and kept me there another 10 minutes (pretty sure to stall me) and finish the pizza. Around an hour and thirty she told me it was done and I told her I wasn’t paying for it and I finally got my refund.

I give them 1 star because the pizza was good and another star because the lady upfront was polite. But I ordered pizza and a 12 pc wing which is almost 20$ for just the wings alone only to receive some really cold wings. And when I brought it up to them the cashier seemed shocked and there was a guy up front counting money which I assume was in charge and said ok we make you new one. I waited and got the same wings back but recooked. The reason I know is because I originally took a bite out one of the wings and set it back down on my plate and took the 11 wings back to them. They brought me back 11 wings but with burned sauce on the aluminum foil and the wings were sticking the to the foil. I took a bite into these and the outside was hot but the inside was still cold. I would expect to receive decent wings when paying almost 20$ for them. I was more embarrassed to go up there again and bring it to their attention than they were to bring me back the same wings they said were going to be replaced. Customers are paying you hard earned money for the food and your services. This money pays your bills and feeds your families. Do better

I had a baby shower at this location there was a misunderstanding with the timing but once we got it all straightened out the owners came to help us set up and apologized for the inconvenience they made sure we were okay! I really appreciate the help from you guys to help the baby shower go smoothly! The food was good as well! Beer on tap which was cool 🙂 thank you guys so much!!

Order #34 invoice number 1033008. Ordered an original crust large pizza. We received a super thin crust. We complained and the supervisor said he would not do nothing about it. Angel said that they don’t have original crusts and he would not do nothing about it. This place management is absolutely off track, shaming. I would recommend you go spend your money somewhere else!

While shopping in the Rosedale area, I suddenly craved pizza. A quick check on Maps led me to Round Table Pizza. The restaurant was bright and welcoming, with plenty of seating. The cashier was incredibly friendly, offering a level of service that exceeded my experiences at other pizza places. I ordered a vegetarian pizza, which arrived piping hot and absolutely delicious. Though I couldn’t recall the cashier’s name, I made sure to leave a generous tip in appreciation.

Under new ownership, and you can really tell. The day I stopped in the owner was working at the counter. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful.. The restaurant is clean and cheerful inside with plenty of large tables or bigger parties. They still offer several lunch specials, which were a great deal. My pizza came out hot, tasty and crust was perfect. I also tried the salad bar and there was a very good assortment of items, and the salad bar itself was very neat and clean and well stocked. I will definitely be coming back.

Its May 24th. 2022 on my first visit to (Franchized) Round Table Pizza on Callaway & Rosedale Hwy. in Bakersfield.
Its hard to imagin a Pizza Joint that has the easy task of making bad Pizza and i wasn’t disapointed at this location. The staff has got to stop drinking energy drinks first. That employee spoke so fast for so long trying to “Upsell” me a larger pizza i nearly left the place in discust.
Ordered the “Personal Pizza” (see pics) of Parma cheese and Garlic and the menu states you get 6 slices….I got 4 slices ( see pics) Oh well maybe the cook cant count. My first bite came up….Imitation Cheese and raw uncooked Garlic pieces. The sausage was OK, the cream garlic sause was not good at all and the menu stated “Green Onions” of which there was none, (see pics) just sliced up chunks of green Chives. When anyone has been to a great Pizza Joint Parler then it just makes you compare everyone else to them. Round Table Pizza must reorganize the business model if they expect to compete in this market. And BTW, the Beer is charged by the ounce…Yup..The Ounce…Seriously…..? Pass on Round Table Pizza and you will be glad you did.
