I ordered a pick-up Hawaiian pizza and asked the lady what toppings were included. She told me it had pineapple and tomato sauce, and when I specifically inquired about the types of meat, she only mentioned bacon. Since I don’t eat bacon and only eat chicken, I intended to order the chicken instead. The man at the counter was very rude. Before we left, I noticed that the pizza actually had ham on it. When I pointed this out, he rudely told me that next time, I shouldn’t order it with ham.

Service was nice. Been years since I’ve been to Papa John’s, but reminded why I don’t go. The small pepperoni was expensive, sauce kinda sour and I think I tasted onion and I hate onions. Crust just meh. Hard to get a decent pizza these days. For me, this just wasn’t it.

There was a mixup in the time my order was to be delivered to my workplace… my fault. I thought I was placing an order for 11:30 the next morning but turns out it popped up on the restaurant’s computer as “deliver now” …. but it was 10pm and obviously no one was there. Long story short, I felt terrible and wanted to somehow make it right. But no, the good people at the Elkins papa John’s assured me not to worry, put the pizza in a nearby “blessing box” where hungry people can enjoy it, and promised to remake my order and deliver it again in the morning. They wouldn’t take any more money and were as nice as could be. Kudos to the delivery person, manager and owner for outstanding customer service. I goofed but they just kindly took care of it. Impressive! I am definitely a loyal customer!!

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dining experience at this Papa John’s location. I’m livid with the way the staff treated us! We came the night of the fireman’s parade so the road in front of the location was completely closed off. The only parking was on the side of the building because there was papa johns delivery vehicles blocking the side entrance to the lot. We went in & picked up our order, and returned to our vehicle to eat & watch some of the parade. About 5 minutes later, an employee comes out & asked us to back up so one of the drivers could get out… no problem there… we backed up plenty. I assumed he meant the vehicle that was blocking the lot was moving but all it did was pull up a few feet so the vehicle blocked in the lot could move. On his way back into the store he grabs a sign & sets it pointed at my vehicle that says “delivery driver parking”. At this point, I’m aggravated but my 6-year-old is still eating in the back seat. Another 5 minutes went by and a female worker approached my vehicle asking us to move altogether. I asked her where exactly customers were supposed to park. She proceeded to look into my vehicle to confirm we were in fact customers but didn’t have an answer for me. I told her how rude they were being towards us and she walked away. Never again!!
