Great little place for anytime meal. We were hungry on our way back to Bay area on Christmas and most food places were closed, but not this one. First time eating in Jack in the Box and really liked it. Vegatarians can try Jalapeno bites, mini munchies and french fries, or burgers – take plain or with greens. Overall it was great. We did dine in.

I wasn’t going to put up a review because the first time this happened I thought it was a genuine mistake. Almost months later I’ve run into the same issue. Months ago I ordered a chicken sandwich and drove home to find that there is no patty. Once again, tonight my friend made an order and once again he was given a sandwich with no patty. He paid full price (as did I) and we did not receive what we paid for. We went through the drive through and tried to get a new sandwich with a patty and were refused service by whoever was on duty at 12/20 1:45 AM. She refused to provide us a manager or her name and my friend and I were not provided the food we paid for. I’m writing this review because this is no longer a one time occurrence. I never write reviews but it is unfair that we pay full price for a product we did not receive and that our requests as customers were not even acknowledged. I have not had an issue with any Jack in the Box but this one. I would caution those who have experienced similar situations to stay away from this particular branch.
