I don’t know why I keep going back. They will be out of breads or burnt meat balls. Today the bread doesn’t even stay in one price. And the service sucks. The Safeway store is better.

We came into Subway to get a couple of small protein bowls. Both were for 6″ subs. We received 2 drinks. I asked if they would toast my meatball bowl so the cheese would be melted. When they gave me the bowl, it was cold. I asked to please microwave it. She seemed bothered by it. When I received the bowl, it was still cold and unmelted. Our order came up to $33.95. I looked at the receipt, and they charged us for 2 foot long subs. I asked why and she said they were more expensive because the are protein bowls. We will no longer go to this Subway. Ordered 3 footlongs and they didn’t even have half the ingredients for the “elite” chicken bacon ranch and were out of half the toppings. I said we should free cookies since they were out of so much and they then they would be out of cookies too. Will never go back to this subway. I prefer Jimmy John’s or Quiznos anyway.

Time for the local owner/operator to step up. I visit this location often an they own several locations in the area. This location constantly has issues with the ice machine and the fountain drinks are out of order on and off for weeks. The last 2 days the Air conditioning has been out as well as other cooling items. Have to wonder about the food when the heat inside is 87 degrees. Fortunately the staff inside has good energy. Rent a portable air conditioner, fix the equipment. Do something!!!!!

Come to this location often as it is near my work. I always order online, and typically my order is ready during the time I need to get to my car and drive over, 10min. I understand it can be busy, but it is not acceptable to take orders of people that have walked in and it is well past the time to be processing an online order of someone who is waiting there. Order confirmed at 12:15. Arrived at store at 12:25. Received order at 12:45. At least a dozen people came in after me and all had their food and left before I received mine. The kicker was that they acknowledged I was waiting and then informed me that the spinach wrap was defrosting. I told them tomato was fine. Now i would expect that then they would make my food, but no, i saw them take other orders and i waited 10 min. Then i loved how even after seeing me wait, there was no apology.

Me and friends and I walked in there to get a good sandwich and we saw a girl that goes to our school and she decided to hide and stop serving customers and there was like 10 people in line and she decided to leave it to this very humble young man. This was on June 2, 2023 at like 6pm. This guy was a good man but the girl was not.

By far the worst subway ever. They never have bread or all of the toppings. Today we went here and they were out of Turkey and white bread. What in the world kind of a subway runs out of turkey and white bread at 6:30pm. Staff is untrained and unprofessional. Horrible service. We have been here a handful of times giving them a chance as my daughter loves subway. Everytime at dinner time they are out of something. I would recommend never going to this subway!

I stopped in quick at this subway but I wish I hadn’t. The person making my sandwich was clearly new, however, no one taught them that constantly changing gloves is important?? I watched them check the person in front of me out, then make my sandwich with the same gloves. Then they checked me out on the register. Then moved on to the next person with the exact same gloves. Absolutely disgusting.
