Every time I come to this location, the employees are ready to go and give less than great service. It’s (1) young lady that is exceptional but she was moved to another Gary location. On today, I ordered (2) sandwiches and a cup of soup. Why is there (2) tablespoons of soup on my cup? When I called the store, the nonchalant employee told me that’s all they had. How about you tell me that before I walk out? Or better yet, before you sale it to me? Then I have a knife and not a spoon. I’m tired of the less than average service here. It’s sickening.

For the first time I went to this location and the service was fantastic with great people behind the counter. I want to give a shout to blue for making my food with care while making sure I was very satisfied at thr end of my order. I had a steak Philly miawarp with the sandwich being well dressed from head to toe. Thanks you blue keep up the good work .

The AC was broken and it had to be at least 97 degrees in that tiny room, and I know the staff was working through heat exhaustion. Somebody could’ve passed out working in those conditions.

The food was delicious but not visually appealing, it was kind of thrown together poorly. The worker who brought out my order was very courteous a nice lady. That lovely woman & the taste is why it at least got three stars. Preparing the food with more consideration can get it 5. (It wasn’t during rush time)

Worst experience ever at this location. 3 seemingly untrained young women that were not taught the value of professionalism were laughing and playing as they made my sandwich. I was also told that bread I’ve been getting toasted for years couldn’t get toasted because it would get hard. To make it worse, my preparer didn’t want to make my sandwich because she didn’t know what came on a veggie delight? Really? I can excuse kids and immaturity but not when it comes to my food.

This Subway closes at 7pm on Sunday. At 6:45pm whoever worked 12/17/23 was expressing with minimal gestures they were closed. I’ve worked retail before. “The customer is always right”, was my work ethic. She could have worked and made two more sandwiches and close and lock up at 7pm.

I felt unsafe due to non of the workers wearing masks and other one being aggressive in his desire to get my attention inappropriately. My son felt nervous as he proceeded to name call. The service was quick and the food fresh. They need to consider Covid protocol and professionalism when dealing with customers.

The woman making my tuna sandwich was being really weird. She complained about putting extra olives on my sandwich. Like her attitude was bad for no reason. Then they hadn’t switched their vegetables out. You can literally tell they been sitting there all day, then instead of the last switching it the container of lettuce she just refilled it using the old container which looked gross because the old lettuce was brown. Im just not sure about this location.
