A very nice young lady with a smile and great attitude greeted us at the door. She helped us with our order. Then delivered the food to our table. She also checked on us later to see if we needed anything. It was a pleasure to deal with her!

Employees are very nice, but the late afternoon food sucks. I was like the 6th person on line in the drive-through, and the food was still cold….all of it was cold…. bread was hard…fish was chewy and large half filled cold fries , as if it was made in large amounts and put to the side to be microwaved later. It was such a waste of $25. Threw everything out. Yuck

This McDonald’s was very impressive. The interior and decor was very modern and inviting and comfortable. The color scheme and comfortable furniture made me want to stay a while. I rarely eat fast food, but that day i did because the restaurant was very clean, the seats/arm chairs and club chairs and tables were clean and not sticky and very inviting. I sat next to the fireplace for over an hour watching one of the several fifty inch TV’s. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a family because of the indoor playground or anyone who wants to eat at a clean, comfortable modern McDonald’s. Oh, and the food was great, the kitchen looked clean and management and the employees seemed like they took pride in their restaurant. The food came quickly even inside and not only to the drive thru. I will definitely go out of my way to eat at this McDonald’s.

I partake in the clown often. I have munched many a time at multiple McDonald locations; I have seen it all and experienced even more on my side when I too worked at unrelated restaurants and food services. Friends. Imagine. A large coffee courtesy the McCafe. I have a more naive, shy palette. My order: five creams, three sugars. What would you do to prepare this? Surely, at least add any of the requested additions. Alas, dear reader, i regret to inform you– this is the remainder of my purchase. Behold it’s inky darkness. Now, you say, that is one mistake. Not worth such a scalding review! Please know- the woes I have described are not even a droplet in the ocean of pain this dining experience had brought.
The way the drive thru employee handed my beloved partner the order can only be described as if my darling was an incel at a Beyonce concert; the boiling hot drink, without a lid properly attached, without any of the requested cream that may have prevented my poor lover’s injuries. It was an annoyed and careless gesture. Not passionate enough to be a throw, yet enough spite to injure. I have immense sympathy for employees under the House of Grimace’s control. However, I find this unacceptable.

Very accommodating. Coffee good, they put in the creamer & Splenda as requested. Large for $2.79. I was surprised how small the English muffin got. And it would have been over $7. If not for buy one get one.

The manager and the staff here are completely unreasonable and incompetent and bad at their jobs I understand fast food service is no Glamour and nobody wants to work it but you have to at least do the bare minimum and do your job. Will not be returning.

This location was handling extra traffic as another location was undergoing renovations a couple of miles away. While we waited for about 10 minutes, it was worth it as they got the order correct and had no issue with us checking! Bravo! Great to be able to place an order on their application and be able to pick up either inside, at the curb or through the drive through window. They also allow you to customize your order via the app and it remembers your prior orders for ease of reordering. You earn points, free food and can take advantage of $$$ saving deals with the app, which is also really nice.
The only reason they lose a ⭐ is for the lack of “healthy” choices on the menu. The option of grilled chicken would be the best, along with a healthy salad.
