In love with their guacamole!!

One thing to note is that the portion sizes are much larger when ordering in person. When ordering through DoorDash, the portions tend to be smaller.

I have not eaten at this location before and I would just like to share my first experience. I am highly allergic to lettuce and its really hard to find a trusted restaurant to eat at. This evening I had a really great experience with an employee named Elisha. She was kind, patience and very understanding of making sure her work space was clear of lettuce and prepared my meal with GREAT caution. She even went out of her way to make sure that she used newly dispensed toppings because she noticed some lettuce in them. Her awareness of others concerns was definitely validated. She DID NOT hesitate to go above and beyond to do her job well. We need more people like you in our life that we can trust to prepare our meals. I hope your boss sees this review and presents you with an award, you deserve it Elisha !! I will definitely be eating at this location again..:) Keep up the GREAT work!! PS..I’m not sure what your coworkers name is..but you two work well together in providing great service 🙂 I give you guys a 10 STAR **********

It’s really a shame when you order food for pick up, with a 30 minute grace period. To then sit in the line for another 25 minutes waiting for your food to come out, knowing it’s going to be cold even though you paid 20+ dollars for one meal.

It’s a shame. I come here all the time, and they constantly have no one working here, maybe 4 people max. Everyone young and stressed. What is corporate doing? Why does it cost me and the other 100+ people who come in 20$ for a bowl, but they don’t have enough money to pay another couple workers to come in and work. If you know dinner and lunch are your busiest hour shame on you for stressing these poor young people out. Overworking them and then my food comes out cold as a byproduct of your greed.

When will you have enough?

The staff is great, it’s just they need more people!!!!

I come in here almost five days a week. I came in on 3/3 at 7:45 a.m., and a new employee was skimping on already small portions — including guac, which I’m paying extra for. He gave me a tiny scoop, and when I politely asked for a little more, he scoffed and gave me attitude. Before that, he barely gave me any chicken and acted annoyed when I asked for a bit more. He also put a huge scoop of beans on my bowl; I clearly said I only wanted half, and he dumped the whole thing on anyway.

I was polite and cordial the entire time, so the attitude was completely uncalled for. I’ll be going to Aceituno’s Mexican Food from now on and supporting local. Not coming back.

I usually go in and order, but this time I ordered online. My bowl had 1/4 the meat it would usually have if I had just gone in and watched them prepare my meal. Will never be back, purely on principle. Do the correct thing, even if they aren’t looking. Im disappointed

Fresh, Fast, and Friendly – Bremerton’s Chipotle Delivers!

I recently stopped by the Chipotle in Bremerton, WA, and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, keeping the line moving smoothly while still taking the time to make sure each order was spot-on. Everything—from the cilantro-lime rice to the barbacoa—was fresh and flavorful, with generous portions and well-balanced seasoning.

The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the quick service without feeling rushed. Whether you’re grabbing lunch on a busy day or sitting down for a relaxed bite, this location nails it. Kudos to the team for keeping the quality consistently high. I’ll definitely be back!

I would give half star. The Bremerton location of chipotle is awful. This isn’t the first time. I ordered a burrito white rice, chicken, pinto beans, lettuce, cheese and the salsa on the burrito. This is the second time since it’s been open ive gotten half my order on an online order. I took it home and opened it and it was 75% rice 10 percent chicken and the top part was pinto beans. No lettuce no cheese and no salsa DO NOT GO HERE FOR ONLINE ORDERS they don’t care

1/8/2024 HAPPY NEW YEAR

In my immediate area, we are getting some newly built fast food places. Chipotle happens to be one of them.
If you were here on the East side, you would have to drive ten minutes or so to get to the Chipotle in Silverdale, Washington, so it was close; however, this would be more convenient for people with few transportation options.

We both had almost identical bowls. Mine was plant-based protein; my hubby chose carne asada with added guacamole for a cost.

You choose rice, white or brown, both of us picked brown, then select a protein, chicken, barbacoa, steak, carnitas, veggie, or sofritas (plant-based). You then choose beans, black, or pinto, and so on.

We did ask for two small tubs of their hot sauce that they did not include in our to go order.
The food was ok in taste but portions seemed a little small for the cost.

I realize this is a new restaurant in this immediate area, but some staff needed to use work time appropriately.
There were three people ahead of us and seven people behind us, and no one, for seventeen minutes (I timed it), was creating the orders upfront.

I saw four people in the back kitchen area; a couple looked busy trying to make stuff up to refill it up front, which they would need to; they looked the busiest.
I saw one sweeping for a quick minute; he put the broom away, went back and forth, and wasn’t doing anything that I could see.
The fourth person finally came up (or returned) and started taking and making orders, so it was just the one person upfront.
I saw one person at the register, just standing there because there was no one checking out yet, and then two more staff near her, talking. They could have been on break, but it didn’t look good with so many people, for so long, waiting to place orders, no one was there creating or fulfilling orders.
Shouldn’t there be at least two, maybe three staff members creating people’s orders? Especially newly opened and during the rush time?

I have always been concerned with made-to-order restaurants, not just Chipotle, but other made-to-order restaurants. The idea is excellent, but the execution part could be better.
It is the cross-contamination of food items that bothers me so much, I’ll explain.
There are containers or tubs filled with various food items and or toppings, like Chipotle, which offers different meats, beans, etc. They rush through, trying to fulfill the order or orders and move the person along to help someone else. In a rush, food items are often dropped, splashed, or merged into other bins or containers; hence, cross-contamination happens.

Aside from not wanting a topping or a filling with other items dropped in the same container, it could be more aesthetically appealing, but instead, it looks messy or gross. But what concerns me most is someone with food allergies or someone vegetarian or vegan. Food allergies can be life-threatening, and if you are vegan or vegetarian, there may be a concern if someone orders plant-based protein and comes to discover there are steak pieces that happen to get mixed in.

I hope things improve with this store. They are new, and I hope it was a one-off night for them, but for now, I’ll stay away for a few months and try them again during summer. As always, this is my opinion; feel free to try them out yourself

Here is hoping everyone has a beautiful 2024 and continues to support locally-owned small businesses!
Please remember, be kind to ALL living things

Let me start by saying, I love this location. But this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I am a die hard for chipotle but this location shocked me. I ordered my food via the chipotle app from the parking lot. Received my food within 10 minutes and when I went to eat my burrito, it was cold. The burrito was falling apart, the contents on the inside were liquid. As if this were a soup, I honestly couldn’t even finish my meal. I asked for double meats and I could barely find ONE PIECE in my entire burrito. I’m not a complainer, and I definitely don’t take the time to do reviews but this HAD to be spoken on. This was DISGUSTING AND THIS RUINED MY WHOLE NIGHT. I love chipotle down. But this… this was unacceptable. There’s no point of return with this. I fight so hard to defend this country by serving the United States Navy. And all a sailor wanted, was to enjoy their favorite burrito from chipotle & guess what I was met with….. D I S A P P O I N T M E N T. I hope the person who made my burrito was just having a bad day because otherwise if that’s how they actually make every burrito, they should find another profession. Real chipotle customers know…. we ride at dawn for chipotle. But this.. I don’t know, this was bad. Please this location needs help in the etiquette department when it comes to burritos.
Thank you.

Trash. CHIPOTLE has gone down hill. My bowl has no food in it. Yet now when you order a veggie bowl they charge for Guacamole and cheese. I don’t know if the interest rates are having a impact and there trying to save money, but I don’t know if I’ll be comming back to this location. Very Disappointing, this location definitely misses the mark.
