Happen to be in the area and wanted to try this Wendy’s. First off, crew was very accommodating and friendly. The Manager or whoever that guy in the front, treats His crew with respect and not bossy at all (just an observation) They were happy to accept the coupon that we used. The Food! The Food is noticeably better than other Wendy’s we’ve been in the past. The Burgers are well put together and not greasy at all. Tasted very Fresh! The Fries is also perfect! Not soggy, not salty, not hard and with no stale or rancid oil tasting to it. Me and my Husband devoured our large fries and enjoyed every piece of it. This Wendy’s is so far the Best one’s we’ve been so far and the next time we are in the area, I will sure stop by again.

So I thought I’d give Wendy’s another try after a long hiatus, and well, after a year plus staying away, I see there is no improvement in food quality. I ordered a simple Wendy’s classic and a chicken sandwich. I ordered through the app, and the order was ready when I arrived through drive thru, the CSR at the window was friendly and pleasant. I pulled into a parking spot to consume. Both sandwiches were horrible, absolutely no taste. I went to Wendy’s only to give my jaws some exercise. Where do Wendy’s shop for their food…. Aldi’s? I’M DONE!!!!

I used to go to this Wendy’s all the time because it was one of my favorites, they never got my order wrong and always showed me respect…well I pull into the drive thru today and I get a large baconator combo but I forgot to tell them no mayo. Yes I understand it was my fault for not saying it and I understand the little bit of inconvenience that comes with me asking at the window but what am I supposed to do? So I asked this tall blonde dude who was for some reason wearing shades indoors if I can get no mayo and he proceeds to at like a 12 year old talking about, “well it’s already made”. It’s already made but I didn’t pay for it so I could’ve just left and made it all for nothing but I decided to have a little patience and just stared at him in a way that showed how he was acting and after that he remade my burger. Then ig he decided to throw a mountain of ketchup on it I guess cause he doesn’t like me or something. Best part about the whole thing was there was a manager behind him the whole time not doing anything and when I looked at him he acted like I wasn’t there!
