I ordered online and picked up from this location for the first time. The man working there was very rude. I ordered a bowl and chips. I only saw the bowl and did not see the chips, which were supposed to be in a separate bag. When I asked about it, he responded very rudely and angrily. I paid for the items; they were not free. Management really needs to train staff on how to treat customers. I will never come back to this branch again.

Very few times I actually go somewhere and never take a picture. I drank the green Avoclada smoothie, had the Thai chicken salad with a jerk chicken wrap. This place is pretty big on the inside with lot of seating. This was early in the morning around 8:30 am. I was surprised at this place was open but they service was pretty fast and efficient. I did not like the jerk chicken wrap but the Thai salad and the smoothie made up for the score. The jerk Chicken wrap just did not taste like jerk chicken at all

Nice delicious and refreshing smoothies prepared quickly .
However, they just have one size available which kind of is annoying as it is huge.
The flavors are great though and feels healthy for sure.
A little pricey as well for a normal smoothie place but overall its good!

Located in the Clocktower Village Center, this is my favorite place to get a smoothie & sandwich combo. Lots of options, including boosts for your smoothies if you like (such as whey protein, among several other options). I recommend the fruity Blueberry Bliss smoothie paired with either the chicken caprese sandwich or the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Tip: try to order ahead of picking up if you can (they have a convenient app to use when you’re on the go) – it can take a while to prepare your order because everything is fresh.

giving it 5 stars on the food and service mainly due to fact that ingredients always seem to be so fresh. giving it a 4 overall due to its price. if you want a healthy fresh option of pick me ups and energy juices this place is banging.

By far the absolute cleanest Tropical Smoothie Cafe we’ve been to on the East Coast. We’ve been coming for 5 years now and our kids love it! They always get our orders right and the staff is so friendly.

The lettuce bowl was bad it was old and had alot of the crunchy parts. The cheese was melted on the rice they had 3 people in line but was making orders instead of taking orders for people 20 min later got my food with 5 people staffed/ working. I got my food quicker with only 1 person staffed in other locations.

Just caught the worst case of food poisoning from this location trying their chicken bacon ranch sandwhich. Started off feeling nausea after 20-30 minutes after eating the meal. About 6 hours later when I returned home, I have explosive watery diarrhea. Took a shower, walked to my room and started vomitting all over the place. I liked this location but something isn’t right.

Received a coupon from Tropical Smoothie via email because I come to this location about twice a week. Coupon was for $1.99 Smoothie if I ordered a wrap or flatbread. The coupon is what got me to come to the store today.
During my visit, it took the cashier quite a while to get my order put into the system. That’s fine, I wasn’t in a rush and it seemed like she might be new. However, the system did not enter the coupon correctly and then another employee came over to help.
The other employee looked at the coupon, after I pleasantly and patiently waited there for about 10 minutes, and found excuse after excuse for why they wouldn’t accept it. He was extremely rude, found a bunch of excuses for reasons why he wouldn’t take the coupon, none of which were restrictions specified on the coupon. Eventually, he just said they weren’t participating in this promotion and still tried to take my money at full price. I left and went to the Chantilly location, and they were great and took the coupon as they should.
I wasn’t just buying a smoothie and a wrap. Even with the coupon, my order would’ve been $16. Instead of getting some money, this location got none, and it was just because of that second person who came over. I got the coupon as a thanks for regularly visiting Tropical Smoothie. Prior to today, this was the location I always visited. I won’t be coming here again. You should avoid it, too. The Chantilly location is much nicer, and they actually honor promotions even if the system does not immediately recognize the coupon code.
