I always like JM’s, though I put 4 starts for food because I’ve always been predisposed to Firehouse Subs’ greasier Italian sandwiches. Everything here is good, I would like bread that isn’t so dry but if I’m getting a toasted/hot sub then it doesn’t matter as much. A. MAZING. SERVICE. I’m just really impressed at how well staffed this location is and how courteous and attentive everyone is! Bathrooms were immaculate as well (pictured). Good time all around for a decent price.

The sandwiches were as good as always – we love a good Jersey Mike’s Italian sub, Mike’s way. The staff were nice but did seem a little disconnected – they were working hard though and we appreciated their efforts. The inside was very clean and not probably took about 10 minutes to get through a line of 5 people. We love Jersey Mike’s! Enjoy/disfruten!

The customer service was good. I think they were more focused on the call in orders. But they were very polite gentlemen. My only issue is my bread was so soggy when I got home. So I couldn’t stomach the wet sandwich. I had to toss it. I only live 5 minutes away. The pictures below show it.

Ordered a Chicken Philly from this location & while my food was good the Customer Service was lacking. There were 5 people working when I came in. I literally stood there for 1-2 mins. before my order was taken & there was not a single greeting. This is a big pet peeve when my money is concerned.

From the time you enter the door you know this sandwich shop is devoted to making the tastiest sandwiches with the freshest ingredients prepared in front of you. This brand new location has plenty of seating and available parking with handicap access and the amenities people who appreciate quality will enjoy. This restaurant and its management are a welcome addition to the dining options in Rockwall Fate and Royse City.

This is ridiculous guess I am going to have to start going back to Rockwall instead of Fate this has happen several times and this time no lettuce at all and for the price of this that’s all I got . Truly disappointed This suppose to be a chipotle chicken bowl.

sweetest humans ever! got a pick up order and asked a for sub to be super mikes way, and they provided a cup of the mikes way mix. (and put a ton on the sandwich) so kind of them and made my day!
