Young and unprofessional staff. Teens on their phones. It took 20 minutes to get our food. After 20 minutes, they did not give us all of our order nor the drinks. When we went up to ask for the cups, the young man seemed mad and we asked him for the ranch that we had already previously asked for and he gave us three for six people. I said that is not enough for six people, and he got mad again. They ended up scattering on the counter and he walked away. How are people like this employed here?

I placed an online order. Selected what I wanted. The whopper was supposed to only have lettuce, mayo, pickle. I had everything but onions. It had ketchup, tomato. I also asked and selected hot off the grill on our other 2 burgers and they were almost cold and mushy which means they are not fresh or hot off the grill. So you screwed up my entire order. But, why would I expect anything more from BK. Absolute trash.

Empathetic Pleasure
One of the best BK’s that I have been too. While I waited for my order I sat in the dinning room and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which is very important for someone like myself who deals with sensory sensitivity, it was also very clean which I loved. The staff are kind and helpful which makes asking for special requests extremely easy. Which usually indicates great management! The food was fresh and delicious not to mention a wonderful value. Thank you, for further enhancing my experience and love for Burger King.

What a shame. I used to love Burger King and often took my family there just to fuel my hate for McDonald’s because McDonald’s consistently messed up our orders. Well, here we are again… Burger King this time. Waited 20 minutes in the parking lot after going through the drive through for literally 2 PLAIN DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS, which after 20 minutes I had to call from the parking lot to remind them and ask where our food was. Why park is in the parking lot when all we ordered was so simple? Just to reduce your wait time? Well YOUR reduced wait time resulted in me waiting 20 minutes, wasting MY time. I won’t be back. I can get burgers anywhere i guess.

Never again. We’ve gone here several times and it continues to get worse. Yesterday we were in Florence and decided to try again. This time putting in a mobile order, thinking it works be faster and they couldn’t screw it up. Boy we were wrong. We pulled into the drive thru. Only 1 car ahead of us. Told them we had a mobile order, immediately we’re told to pull around to the front to wait. The girl then says oh wait, come to the window to get your drinks. So we did and pulled forward to wait just like customer before us. A few minutes after a girl comes out, but it’s not our order. It’s the person ahead of us…. within 2 minutes he’s headed in the store. Comes out with a bag they forgot. By this time 3 more cars are in the lot waiting. Fast forward… those three cars all get their orders and we’ve sat for 25 minutes! As the girl walking in passed I yelled ma’am? Ma’am?! She looks over, rolls her eyes and keeps walking. I said we’ve been waiting 25 minutes! She said it’s coming! Didn’t stop or anything. A few minutes later a young man comes out with our food. He said here you go. Sorry about that, we had to wait for the meat patties. I said for 30 minutes? He said well I just got here so I don’t know but we gave you some cookies, AND off he went. (Btw, we had 2 combo meals and a chicken sandwich.)
So BK Florence, I’ll drive to casa grand from coolidge before I EVER come back!. TEACH YOUR PEOPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Check the dates on your food before consuming & document any food poisoning you get. On Tuesday we ordered dinner at the drive thru here, with Hershey’s pie for desert. We got home & ate, but I was too full for my pie, so I put it in the fridge. An hour or so later my husband was vommitting & ing his brains out. I just thought he caught a bug (sick or COVID or something, not thinking it was the food). An hour or so after I was done taking care of him & helping him feel better- I was like ooh, my pie! Went to grab it from the fridge & realized it had a sticker on it that said “Frozen Sunday, Serve by Monday.” Concerned (because it was already Tuesday NIGHT), I called the restaurant to confirm if it was safe to consume. She said she wasn’t sure, call back tomorrow & the GM would be in, and would handle the situation. Which I did. The GM at first said she “checked the date on the boxes & the pies were good until January of 2026.” I told her the expiration date wasn’t my concern, as that’s if they’re kept frozen. My concern is proper food handling – as restaurants are meant to serve frozen products within a certain time frame, once they’ve been thawed & if they didn’t know that about their pies, I am worried they are applying the same handling to their meats (which might be why my s.o. is now sick). Her response was “oh no, you’re fine, I spoke to the employee who grabbed the pie for your order & he said he put the wrong sticker on your pie.” To which I asked her why the sticker was put on my pie when I ordered it & not when it was taken out of the freezer? (As proper handling would require…) Realizing she just openly admitted to me that they’re sticker-ing their pies as they sell them, rather than when they thaw them – she began to back pedal & said “well you’re calling 2 days later which means you would have got the pie on Monday, it would have been fine if you ate it when you got it.” THIS is why I’m doing the review. I don’t want a refund. I don’t want money or a comped meal or compensation of any kind. I want proper food handling/storage training, so we can eat here without getting sick. I explained to her that I have my receipt, with the date, showing when I bought the pie – which was Tuesday (yesterday). & The only reason I was calling her today (Wednesday), was because her employee had advised me to call back when she would be there. She then said the only way they could file a report was with the name & contact information of my s.o. (which is not true). I told her she could file the internal report, as is, with my information (as I was the paying customer) & all I was asking for was them to take ownership, apologize & train their employees on proper food handling & storage. She never called me back, so now I’m doing this review & plan to contact Pinal County Health Department tomorrow. Buyer beware, & keep your receipts (in case you get food poisoning), because I can guarantee you if they’re keeping their pies past their best by date, they’re also keeping their meats & other foods (to avoid shrink/loss of value, because they’re GM can’t seem to find the balance between ordering too much or not enough product). Now that I’m typing this out & realizing the GM might be the cause of this issue & root of the problem, I might need to also contact corporate with this issue, to even see a resolution. Stay safe out there folks. I know we won’t be going back again, until this location is under new management.

One of the worst Since New Workers started working.Your waiting for an hour at times the 4 last times I have been there. You get your order and half of your food is missing and Cold and when Clarissa gives the order she tells you everything is in the bag make sure you check your bags before you go home because she lies. I have called Managment several times with no return phone call back.

It took over 30 minutes to get my food, mind you I only ordered 2 medium fries and 2 shakes. All the workers were young kids and as I pulled into the drive thru they were all outside “hanging out.” It wasn’t busy whatsoever and had the audacity to tell me they were “backed up” with 2 cars in the parking lot and ZERO cars in the drive thru.

4 months ago I was passing through Florence and I wanted to get something to eat for the long road home. I bought their chicken nuggets. They tasted Soo terrible that I haven’t eaten chicken nuggets since then. They were dry, burned, they tasted days old. Then I got really sick. Never again will I ever from this place.

I placed my order and paid for it, was asked to pulled around front while my order was finished. I waited out front for over 10 minutes, went inside and the staff seemed to have no clue my order was supposed to be brought out. I had to wait a couple more minutes but received my order.
