Update 4/27/2024: my son ordered through doordash, received his order successfully! I ordered through doordash after he received his order and I received a message from my dasher that my order wasn’t paid for and that he cannot deliver my order . I called the restaurant and spoke with Wendy, the manager. I notified her that i ordered through doordash so there’s no way that my order has not been paid for. She placed me on hold and came back to say that it’s showing that it’s been paid but said that she was so confused by how I was able to order through doordash bc it’s not even an option and that they don’t do doordash orders. Why is there an option for doordash delivery on Google if they don’t do doordash? Why did my son just receive his order without issues? She suggested that I come to pick up my order and she would throw in a dessert. That would’ve been a major inconvenience for me (that’s the purpose for me paying extra for the delivery fee), so i preferred a refund instead. She quickly shut that down! She saw that my original dasher was still there and was willing to deliver my order. Wendy is not the best to work with and seems to lie when it’s convenient for her. This was the complete opposite experience from before.
The new RGM Heidi is absolutely amazing! There was a slight error on my order and she made sure that I was completely taken care of and that my order was corrected to perfection. My pizza and wings (garlic parm) were excellent. Next time I’m in Schuyler, I know where to come. Thanks Heidi for your professionalism and generosity.

Very disappointed. Scheduled a large order (near $300) days in advance. When arrived to pick it up, not only was it not near ready, we were completely ignored while standing at the counter for approx 5 min. (Which explains the couple in the parking lot leaving and telling us not to go in because they were to busy to seat them) while being ignored, we watched one of our pizzas being thrown in the trash after sticking to the pan, we paid for our order and continue to wait an additional 45 min until our order was completed, delaying a large party. An employee apologized saying he had not realized he was scheduled to work, therefore opened late causing our order to be late. We were not offered any sort of compensation for waiting and the delay of our event. Will not be ordering from here again.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The staff was very accommodating and the food arrived quickly. It was prepared well and tasted great. Not too many of the old style Pizza Hut buildings around so it was nice hanging out here and reminiscing.

Ordered delivery around 7pm on Sat the 12th got it at 9pm the order was cold. We had to take it back in there ourselves. We walked in to a disorganized mess having been in the restaurant industry and having owned a restaurant. The kitchen was a mess and there were a bunch of people standing around. There were pans on the floor they couldn’t even find tickets. Then too top it off the men’s restroom was nasty. I understand being busy. At the same time you have to retain customers and keep them happy. Considering this is the only delivery spot in Schuyler this place is a joke.

Had an unexpected layover in Schuyler so we stopped for lunch. It was the best tasting Pizza Hut meal we have had in years. Manager was short on help, so she helped out. Very kind person.

Very disappointed. Ordered extra sauce on the pizza and there was barely any sauce on it. So dry 🙁 gross!!! Why do I have to order 6-7 extra sauce (since they are so tiny) for 2 large pizzas ? Extra money I shouldn’t have to spend 🙁 just want a normal amount of sauce have pictures and you can barely see any sauce on the pizza

The atmosphere is relaxing and the workers are patient and kind to their customers. The food on the other hand is quite astonishing I tried their Honey BBQ boneless wings and I got hooked the sweet taste and the warm feeling when it comes right out of the oven just overwhelms me. The store it self might not look the best but the inside is worth coming and not to mention the food as well. This place deserves a 5/5 stars so I recommend coming to dine here.
