The only thought that kept going through my head was: WHY?
An enormous line and an extremely slow process. It took me almost 38 minutes, from standing in line to finally being seated and able to eat. For a park of this size and reputation, this is simply unacceptable.
When the food finally arrived, the disappointment continued. Nothing special at all. The ribs were undercooked, lacked flavor, and were far below expectations — especially after such a long wait.
After this whole “adventure,” many questions came to mind.
How can a park of this caliber allow something like this to happen?
Is this intentional?
As guests, we pay for the Dining Plan, with a 90-minute usage window. However, in reality, there aren’t many real options, leaving us with no choice but to eat at the participating restaurants, even when the experience is poor.
In the end, the feeling is clear: it seems like they simply don’t care.
And the worst part is knowing that my dissatisfaction will probably change absolutely nothing.

The smoked meats are all well done. Salad could have been fresher, but the wait and service definitely need help. We waited over an hour for cafeteria line service. We had a snarky teenager (Joseph) deny us drink service 4 times because he didn’t like a hat one of us wore. Very unprofessional and holding up a very busy line.

Thanks to the vip tour I was able to grab anything I wanted here and did my face with all that i could handle.
I was satisfied and yes I over did it, as after lunch I felt a bit uneasy and unsure if I should ride any more Rollercoaster. I did ride more without issue. And yes if I went back to the park under the same circumstances is probably make the same mistake again.
We sat outdoors and could see and hear coasters near by.

After waiting more than two hours in line, we received cold, low-quality food with almost no flavor and no BBQ sauce. We ordered the brisket and smoked turkey sandwiches; both were dry with very little smoke flavor . Each meal cost around $24, which made the experience even more disappointing. Not worth the price at all and very poor quality overall

Food was so so. We had the bbq chicken and Texas style brisket which was total of $58 including tax. Brisket was cold and tough to eat. 1 piece of chicken was just perfect and the other piece was dry and flavorless. Kinda disappointed – really thought food would be good. Price is high but that’s expected for theme parks.

Their $20 Pulled Pork sandwich might have been better with some BBQ sauce on it, but there was none. The one dispenser they had was out. They were also out of plastic forks. They only had knives and spoons. The carrot cake was good – we ate it with plastic knives and spoons.

Waited in long line ( no problem) Nothing special about the food. It’s expensive!!! Spent $67 on a kids rib, regular rib plate, added side of macaroni and cheese w/ 3 drinks.

I tried the pulled pork when I was there this past weekend. The pork was over cooked and the sauce they put on was extremely salty. The long line was not worth the wait. My friend said the brisket was good, but is it really worth a 20-30 minute wait in line? They were very slow dishing up the food.

Waited an hour and a half to get food. We bought the all day food pass. Supposedly you can get a meal every 90 minutes. Problem is it takes over 90 minutes in line so that is impossible. Worst run amusement park in the country.

When you feel like an inconvenience to the staff this is when you run away.
Unfortunately we had the dining pass and our options for lunch were limited. The food was mediocre with lukewarm warm fries and the server spilled half of my daughter’s chicken nuggets and could not care less.
Your staff needs to be replaced, it’s unacceptable.
But I guess if you weight 600 lbs and come to the park to eat every 90 minutes you don’t care much.
