Stopped by the Subway inside Marathon for a quick bite. It was a quick in-and-out experience, which I appreciated. The drive-thru is a nice option, but it was closed at the time, so I had to go

Overall, it was convenient and got the job done.

“Had a great experience at this location today! The staff was incredibly efficient despite the lunch rush, and you could tell the bread had just come out of the oven—it was perfectly soft. I got the Titan Turkey, and all the veggies were crisp and fresh. It’s my go-to spot for a healthy, fast meal that actually fills me up. 5 stars for the speed and quality!”

I’ve had the same issue twice now with online orders at this location. I order ahead specifically so the food is ready when I arrive.

The first time, I ordered 30 minutes in advance. When my son went in to pick it up, there were no customers in the store, but the worker said, “Oh, I have to make it,” and started making it then.

So today, I ordered 45 minutes ahead to give them extra time. Same thing again – no customers, worker sitting behind the counter, and only started making the two subs when my son walked in. This caused another 10-minute delay and made us late getting home therefore making my wife late for work.

Online ordering is supposed to save customers time. If there’s downtime and no customers, staff should be preparing prepaid orders – not waiting until the customer shows up. This happened with different workers, so it seems like a training or management issue.

Please take online orders more seriously.

There was a bug in my food, and they refused to give us a refund.

So this is the third Subway I drove to where they tell me in some way shape or form that they are not accepting the corporate coupons. I’m a single mom on a budget so I am a couponer, I went to the subway on Walton and Baldwin and Pontiac and they told me they were only taking select coupons but not the 399 6-in sub coupon which I was trying to use for myself and my children so we went to this Subway in hopes of being able to use my coupon and they told me at the Lapeer location that they weren’t taking any coupons at all that they could cash me out but their system would not allow for them to scan any coupons my issue with Subway in my main issue is that if your stores can’t afford to accommodate the coupons then stop sending me a million in the mail! I get a Subway coupon every week in the mail but every time I go to Subway I can never use them! I should not have to drive to Rochester hills to use my Subway coupons when I live near three different adequate subways that will never accept the coupons! I am wasting gas going to these locations where they won’t accept what I’ve been given please make this correction to either one and force the stores to accept or be stop sending Us coupons if the company can’t afford to accommodate

I recently visited this Subway during my lunch break and had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, the young man working asked if I had an online order or would be placing an order. He was already helping someone, and I told him I needed to place an order. After helping the gentleman in front of me, he started making another order without acknowledging me. There was no one else in front of me. I waited for about two minutes, and during this time, another customer came in behind me to wait. I then waited another full minute before deciding to leave.

As I was leaving, another woman walked up and asked the customer behind me if she was placing an order, completely ignoring me, and started making the order of the customer behind me. I will not be coming back to this Subway if I’m going to be ignored. I was on my lunch break and had limited time, so I do not appreciate people who don’t value others’ time.

I went to a local burger franchise and had a great lunch. If the Subway restaurant sees this, please don’t ignore your customers. If another order needs to go in front of mine, that’s fine, but at least inform me or ask me to wait for a moment. Don’t just ignore the person standing in front of you.

Ordered an hour and a half early for noon and when I show up, the building is empty, there is not a single person in line and it still took them almost 20 minutes to get my sub ready. Guess I should have had them make my order asap so there would maybe be a slight chance it would be ready by noon. Also the quality of the ingredients here have gone down the drain. Next time I’ll be sure to go to a different sub place where I’m actually getting my moneys worth. I remember when subway used to be the cheap option. On top of all of this, they are taking other customers orders THAT JUST WALKED IN and making their sandwiches first before mine. And they are out of ingredients. Unbelievable

EDIT: Hi, it’s me again. A month later. Nothing has changed, sitting here waiting for my sub for 20 minutes once again. Why do I keep doing this to myself.

I asked for a salad. I understand they don’t do chopped anymore. But they wouldn’t even cut the meat or whole sliced tomatoes. I’m new to the area. I will take my business elsewhere

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE OVER AN HOUR FOR LUNCH. Given these people chance after chance, left literally empty handed several times. Figured I’d give them one more shot with an online order placed well in advance. 20 minutes later and they haven’t even started the order. Was it busy? NO. There were TWO customers there when I got there.

Edit: forgot to mention, no refunds. So keep that in mind.
