I am a long-time Tim Hortons customer, beginning in Buffalo NY. I was thrilled there was a Timmy Ho’s near my new home when I moved to Morgantown. It’s always been not quite as good as other locations, but a couple of weeks ago it was the worst fast food experience in the last 15 years for me. I ordered on the app and then waited in store for almost 20 minutes. I was acknowledged once. The shop was short-handed. The sandwich maker looked at my order and then went on to complete other orders. He took an order from a co-worker from the adjacent store for an egg sandwich, filled her order, and then turned to let me know they were out of eggs and I was going to have to wait for my sandwich. This whole time two of the staff members were just talking with another customer while I (and several others) sat around and waited. My order had been placed almost 30 minutes before he filled the order for the co-worker. I walked out after telling him how disgusted that was. Emailed the corporate office and, because this is a franchise location, they were useless. I have been told it’s a “high priority,” but clearly its not. I still have not received an apology or a refund for the order I paid for. Tim Hortons has lost me chainwide for their service failure.

I really struggle with this one. The donuts are good, and their wraps are pretty good, but it seems like any time we decide to order from here we’re committing to sitting in the drive thru or inside for what feels like forever – even if we place an online order well ahead of time.
This place would easily be a regular go to if it just didn’t take sooo long.

The croissant sandwich tasted like it was pre-made and not freshly made. Eggs that were in it, almost tasted like powdered eggs…and burnt. Hash brown was smooshed and cold. First time ever to go, I’m not impressed. Coffee was to hot, had to let it cool down. I’m not sure what the big deal is about Tim Hortons, but I should’ve just went to McDonald’s.

I have been to this location twice recently, both times my sandwich was terrible. The egg is disgusting and smelled terrible. The hashbrowns are the worst around, always soggy and tasteless. Safe to say I’ll never return and you should probably stay away if you want a half decent breakfast. McDonald’s is a hop and a skip away.

made my order COMPLETELY wrong twice. i left the second time because i had to get home. made me a LARGE caramel cinnamon latte instead of a SMALL caramel apple latte. i have been getting the caramel apple drink since it came out and faithfully wait for it to come back AND IT HAS NEVER EVER HAD CINNAMON ON IT. i am allergic to cinnamon so i cannot consume it. i asked for that to be decaf. for some reason the small coffee that’s my husband’s was the one that was decaf, made iced first. made wrong twice. the person said he would make sure mine was decaf. if there is no decaf button don’t advertise it. i am pregnant and am limiting my caffeine intake so i cannot drink this and my husband doesn’t drink decaf, he is about to go to work so that won’t do him any good, so essentially that is both drinks wasted. money and time wasted for something that is completely mediocre, dry, and disgusting to be quite frank. Never coming back. and we come almost every day.

Painful. I’m in here at 9 am on a Monday. Not a soul in the restaurant. Stood at counter forever and wasn’t even greeted. Heard an employee audibly complaining behind the counter. Took a long time to make my bagel and didn’t get my coffee to me until I was ready to walk out the door. It was just a drip coffee ‍♂️

Waited 13 mins at drive thru , two vehicles in front of me left without placing an order. When i placed my order there were two vechicles in front of me, add another 14 minutes till i got to the window, i received my coffee right away, 16 minute’s later I was given my bacon breakfast snacker, the staff was very apologetic, can’t blame the staff when the franchise owner runs a skeleton crew,”ON WVU GAME DAY.” This location has a high employee turn over.
I just went back several days later was told that the manager was let go and all the staff left. My experience today is a game changer and this is why, burnt coffee, the forgot my potato side, every table was filthy, the floor was beyond dirty along with the restrooms. The staff member with the ponytail using her cellphone at the register.
I will never be back, we’re is the district manager, she should be here working Absolutely disgusting heads should roll!

They are always understaffed and the employees are overworked. The management is terrible and treats the employees poorly. Wouldn’t recommend anyone spend their money here, there are so many better coffee places around town.
