Great value for the price and the food tasted amazing. I got a free Buford Burger through their app and my friend tried the BBQ Mother Cruncher. Both were flavorful with soft bread and perfectly cooked chicken. The loaded fries were delicious and it is a plus that they accept EBT and Apple Pay. Our first visit to the Pomona Foothill location was a really good experience.

This is a wonderful place to go.
I came here earlier and got a great meal.
I have always loved Rally’s and this location did NOT disappoint!
The fries were great and crispy and the burger was perfect.
I can’t wait to come back here again in the future!
Review 4/23/2025 more than 1 year after opening
I’ve come here very often since opening and the food is always top tier,
they never flop their fries or anything!!
I love their banana milkshake and especially their 5$ Meal deal..!
Their chocolate soft serve ice cream is so good too and also the apple pies are bomb.
They did change their hours from open till 2 am to open until only midnight,
which is a real bummer because I love going places later in the night 🙁

First off I wish my first thoughts were to grab my phone and take a picture ! But I don’t know what it was that was in my chilli dog that was hard yet stretchy and looked like it was a hair set first but the worst part is finding out about it mid bite !
Second the wait was pretty long which I can understand if the food I receive is fresh made and made well. But sadly to say I didn’t receive that!
Soooooo even without the strange no edible extras I got would I say that the food was anything but horrendous .. I mean one hot dog bite feel felt like it had been cooked hours ago if not last night even .. (this is 11pm ) so it was leathery .. I will say I can see why it takes so long .. the chilli was placed so carefully not go over the actual buns and as for the onions-cheese distribution so neatly disbursed…. But the other hot dog which is where I came upon the extra surprise .. was barely cooked and tasted funny along with all the breads tasted freezer burnt..
The big Buford I received I couldn’t take more than the initial bite ..

You guys must have issues. I showed up 3 months ago at 8 pm (4 hours before closing) for a Banana Shake and your worker claimed you’re “not serving shakes right now”. I let it slide then despite the ridiculousness. I showed up TODAY at nearly 3 pm and see a sign saying “Temporarily out of Chocolate” but I thought no problem I wanted a Banana. Then your worker tells me you only have Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry. Are you guys ok? What is your problem? Why is your signage wrong? Why are there so many homeless people around your store? Why do you even bother having shakes on your menu? You guys are ridiculous. I try to support you guys since I see you don’t have many customers but you might as well just take shakes off of your menu, you guys are ridiculous.

The food is worth the price download the app or sign up for text msg they’ll send you a free Buford Burger which I got and my sidekick got the BBQ Mother Cruncher bread was soft on both sandwiches flavorful the chicken was fried just right we also got the loaded ff omg….everything was just Soo good…btw if you got EBT they accept that too apple pay….we went to the Pomona location on foothill…This was our first time and we had a great experience….

Very good if you have the patience! I heard that they have really good fries so I decided to make the drive and try them.
The wait time was really long; two cars drove away from the drive thru. The fries were pretty good, but I was more impressed by the quality of their fish sandwich! It taste much better than ncDonald’s sandwich.
Unfortunately, after the long wait they gave me the wrong order. Which I didn’t realize until I was far from Rally’s. When I contacted the customer service and told them about the situation, they immediately fixed it so I’m really happy about that 🙂 Thank you Juan!

My husband and I went through their drive through and got a few boxes of chicken and fries (4 boxes) and crystal was very rude to my husband who was driving she only gave us 1 barbecue and was trying to charge us for more then we left home which was like 10 minutes away then realized she didn’t give us our cheesecake ice cream sundae we got there and she rudely said “your sundae right” my husband said yea and she rudely hands it over to my husband.
